Excellent customer service. As an amateur do it yourselfer these guys directed me in doing my work up to code. Suggested easier ways and gave me additional ways to save money.

Had shopped here many times in the past but was disappointed this time. No one asked if we needed help. Had better luck at Lowes. Hopefully things will improve after Covid .

I had an exceptional individual named Buffy who helped me out today, 5-10-23. Buffy went above and beyond to help me find the correct ice maker for my refrigerator. She called a warehouse out of state while I was on hold. After speaking to him, she then filled me in on what was going on. Buffy then asked me to hold and researched who had my ice maker IM1900MD. She found one and stayed on the line until my lirxjasebwent through. I paid overnight shopping, and Buffy said she’d call me back around 5 pm EST. Buffy isbrhr the epitome of what you want as a co-worker and teammate. A truly remarkable person and a truly impressive professional. Thank you, Buffy for what you do and for what you did to help me.

Bought 5 ceiling fans here. Tremendous variety of styles and price range options. Grace J was amazing, offering advice on which fans would look best for our rooms. She was in frequent contact during the order process, even following up after our purchase to make sure we were happy. There were other reps on-site (I believe John was one of them, who was great!), who offered more technical advice based on our rooms. We were impressed with the personalized service Atlantic provided and will be back for our future lighting/fan needs.

Had to order a part for my Samsung dishwasher, called and Shana in Customer Service quickly found my part and expeditiously processed my order. Gotta love REAL people answering the phone and processing orders. Thank you Shana for being cheerful and understanding, you were fantastic to speak with and getting my part ordered.
