We called Webb Electrical on a Monday regarding an outlet that was smoking (not good!) and they showed up at 8AM the next day. On time, professional, and got this (plus two other issues I remembered while he was here) fixed within an hour. Great value. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be putting them on my speed dial.

I purchased a Bungalow built in 1917 ten years ago. John has practically rewired my entire house over the past 10 years. He's made it safe, installed outlets and lights as I've remodeled each room. He's installed outside outlets. There is no one I trust more. He's knowledgeable, professional, honest and affordable.

Webb Electrical is my go-to electrician. John is responsive, explains everything, and thorough in the work. John and his team replaced two outdoor lights on our front porch, an outdoor light on back deck, two kitchen fixtures, hall way fixture and updated numerous switches and outlets. They even recommended and fixed GFCI outlet in my kitchen that was not placed properly in the circuit. I recommend Webb Electrical to all my friends.

I was a new customer (my boyfriend recommended him). I called late on Thursday afternoon with a dangerous electrical problem. John Webb came at 8 am Friday morning, with a helper. They worked from 8-2:30. They had all the materials with them - good planning! No trips to the store. The price was $1580, which I thought was very reasonable. They were extremely polite, quiet, and tidy.

John saved me over $1200 today. I was told by another electrical company that I was responsible for replacing a cable running to my house. John advised me to call Dominion and it turned out that Dominion was responsible for replacing it. He replaced the meter box that was my responsibility for a very reasonable price. John is so honest and reliable and I highly recommend him.

I've had Webb Electrical do two separate jobs for me at two different homes and both times were super quick, did great work and were affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrician work!

John Webb has been one of the best electricians we've ever hired. His quotes have always been reasonable, honest and he is reliable. We recently had the unfortunate experience with our wired smoke detectors glitching in our home (there was no smoke but we could not shut them off - one of them was over 10 years old). Mr. Webb came in and immediately replaced the detectors. We've been using Webb Electrical since we moved to Richmond in 2017. If you're looking for an honest electrician look no further.
