I can't recommend U.S. Electric enough. They've taken care of our home electrical issues on two separate occassions now, and both times they have been timely and extremely professional. James answered all of my questions and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing to fix the issue. I truly appreciate everything they've done for us at U.S. Electric!

I had a lamppost installed in my yard. Reggie and Edwin were very thorough and did an excellent job. Fully installed in just 3 hours. I would highly recommend US Electric for any electrical needs.

What a good experience! I got an appointment right away to fix a lightning issue. Dominique called to let us know he was on the way. He was super friendly and fixed it in no time. I will be calling again next week to help with ceiling fan installations. 100% reccomend!!!

Bought an old house when I moved to RVA 2.5 yrs ago and called up a few electricians for quotes. US Electric was the only one to give me an over-the-phone estimate to have the house grounded, unlike the other companies who wanted to do the scam of charging a fee to come out for an estimate. They were affordable, offered me advice when planning future home renos, and always worked me in within a day so I continue to choose them for all my electrical work.

Most recently, as part of a historic kitchen renovation project, I needed a three way switch and a fan control switch installed. The project involved interfacing with old wiring, fishing behind a plaster wall, and running new cable through a partially finished attic. The electrician was very skilled and integrated the new cables with the existing legacy wiring with no damage to visible parts of the wall or ceiling. We asked them not to reinstall the old fan so, as a bonus, they installed two basic fixtures with bulbs to verify the the circuit worked as desired and provide light until we decided on a new fan. Nice touch.

An unbelievable accident took down the power line for my house and with it, it ripped all the cables, wires, meter, boxes, everything off of the house and with that, it ripped the siding as well. I had to hire an electric company to fix all the electrical work. US Electric was the only company who sent someone to give me an estimate the same day, they showed up on time, they put together an estimate in front of my house so I can provide it to my insurance. Mark (the manager) gave me his cell phone so we could call him back whenever my insurance company got the estimate. The insurance company called him late at night to ask questions and he answered his phone, and then they called him again super early the next morning and he answered his phone, and he sent in more information because insurance needed a ton of documents. His crew showed up bright and early to start the work, to get it all done so I can have power before it got too hot. And when it was all done, a couple of days later they came by to check to make sure everything was working okay.

I just had a service call from James Holloman, and I was delighted with his work and his wonderful customer service attitude. James was so accommodating and patient with the 78-year-old wiring of this house, and he very quickly took care of the problem. It was a pleasure to meet someone who is sincere and who obviously cares about his work. It is good to know that I can call on him when I have future electrical problems.

Unfortunately we have had them service our house for breaker issues and faulty outlets 3x in the past year but each time they come they are professional, tell you like it is, respectable, and do GREAT work. I dont remember the names of the guys that came last year they were awesome and quick but recently Logan and Jason have come out twice and done an excellent job on both services. Hard-working honest guys. Thank yall for your work!

I will say that for our service needed a few months ago we called and spoke with a girl and left info who said the serv manager will call back but had to make another call after a month of not hearing anything. Not a huge deal but was frustrating waiting to hear back.

US Electrical installed a 30 amp receptacle in my garage. I was given a very fair estimate by phone and pleasantly surprised by their service. The two gentlemen, Reggie and Steven were on time for their appointment, already familiar with the job requirements and completed the job in a very professional manner. The bill came in under the estimate which was also a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend US Electric for your electrical needs!

The spring on my master breaker switch broke at my house at 8:00 in the evening. Called US Electric and the manager walked me through the basic diagnostic steps so as to not unnecessarily send out a tech to the house and bill for after hours. The next morning when the tech did come to the house they we’re quick and professional. With a newborn at the house, my fears were put to ease, as they were very upfront with the work that was needed so as to not over bill or under deliver. Really appreciate Mark and his crew’s help through this process. Would certainly use again.

This company is absolutely wonderful 💯 my air conditioning stopped working and I have two small children that have asthma. I called so many electricians none were able to come out today. I called US Electric Company and they were here in 30 minutes!🥰 Jaden and the other young man was very professional and nice. They had my air conditioning working what seemed to be in minutes. I am very pleased with the service i received. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Mark about the electrical problem. He called me first thing Monday morning and sent
out the techs within 30 minutes. I have never had such a quick turnaround in my life running a household. Jacob was very informative, respectful, patient, and went above and beyond. called on a Monday at 8:30 AM to see if I could get an appointment for someone to come by and fix an electrical outlet that quit working. got called back in about 30 minutes and had someone here at 9:30! that was lucky! got everything done by 10:15. friendly, fast, professional and very reasonably priced. US Electric are now my go-to electricians.
