Great Professional Customer Service, Expensive But Good & Clean. Showed up as Promised the 1st time.

I contacted twice and spoke over the phone. Each time, he promised a callback to schedule. Obviously he does not care what he says or not man enough to say "no" on the phone. Instead the guy made me wait for a call back twice and didn't keep his word. What a waste of time! Wish there were an option for 0 star.

Horrible Customer Service. Not only did they miss my appointment which was 1pm, they called me back around 2:45pm, with NO apology, just to ask did he still want me to come out and it would be a $200+ charge, which was not told to me when I made the appointment. I would suggest going elsewhere, but If you go with them, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Fantastic company! Helped me figure out exactly what fixtures I needed to buy, them came back and installed them. Quick work, friendly people and very fair rates. Highly recommend

Dependability is questionable. They were to be at my place at 9 AM on 5/8/18. They had not shown by 9:32 AM, and I called them. The person who answered the phone said he didn't know how it happened, but he had sent the electrician to another job - acknowledging that the appointment with me was listed. The electrician might come to me at 11 AM.

Fixed my electrical dryer wiring issue within minutes after arriving. Extremely affordable to consider the 1 hour + drive to my home. Will call again for future assistance if needed.

Rob is a great electrician. Super communicative via phone and text. Dave the owner is equally kind and professional. Needed a meter base and electrical panel installed in our detached garage. Called 10 electrical companies in Richmond area, most of which did not even return my call... David did, and came next day to give me a quote. Two days later the job was done!

We had our electrical panel upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp. The service was done at a very good price in a timely manner. The technician was very friendly and informed us of everything he was doing before he did it and even gave my son time to save his game before turning the power off. The Inspector came out and signed off on the work a few days later. Will call them for all work we need in the future. Thank you!

I had EC Electric install electric outlets for a new dryer and washer I wanted installed in a second floor closet. I was really impressed with the service since they did a real professional job. They wired everything in a clean and efficient manner. The receptacles were very firmly installed into my drywall. While they were at my house I had I asked if they could fix some wiring issues with my recessed lights and door bell and they never hesitated to help.

Their pricing is also very reasonable and was better than the other 2 quotes that I got. I highly recommend EC Electric and will definitely be using them for all my electrical needs.

Today, Shawn was akin to an electrical Sherlock Holmes, solving a real puzzle as to why my bathroom circuit kept tripping. The issue originated from an external outlet connected to an internal porch socket. Shawn showcased excellent technical skills and diligently inspected every socket in my Richmond home until he found the faulty one. I was huffing and puffing trying to keep up with him and assist in any way I could. His ability to troubleshoot was truly commendable!

A technician named william came to inspect a malfunctioning light/fan fixture. He was extremely professional and well-informed. william put in a lot of effort to determine the issue and he improved the wiring condition significantly more than it was before his arrival.
