The sales presentation was a little weak, however with several questions I was comfortable moving on and had researched the company's site and have been around long enough to know it's position in the market place.

I was impressed with the professional that came out to do the true measurements, he knew his business and actually made the order more simple one set french doors with an adjustable steel frame.

The installer was a seasoned professional. He had some challenges with plumbing the door frame due to old house settlement, entailed moving the trim to address the issue, installed a quality threshold with proper caulking and did a good job reworking the interior frame.

The quality of the door was to my exceptions and would purchase again from AAPCO. Additionally their pricing was very competitive for the quality of product.

I hired AAPCO, LC to install E-shield in 2010. They talked to me extensively while bidding the job and securing the contract. Facts: The actual installer, 1 guy, who apparently was the lead guy, had to leave for 1 1/2 hours to meet a crew, worked until after 6pm, then was out the door quickly. I was recovering from knee surgery so I had stuck my head up in the attic, didn't really know what I was looking at. I realized a couple of weeks later that the work was shoddy, slapped up, very inconsistent spacing, E-shield just thrown over things in certain areas. I called the office twice and was told they'd get back to me. I called again and arranged a sales presentation with their guy about the Freon additive for your heat pump that's supposed to save you money. I listened for a while, said I wasn't interested, then asked if he'd look at my E-shield installation. He said he would pass it along to the office and left the way they do when you say 'no' at a timeshare sales meeting. That's not a joke, he turned his back on me and walked away. I gave up.
My opinion: This is a company that's interesed in selling you something.

We had gone to a show and had several companies lined up to give us a sales pitch. AAPCO was the second sales rep to visit us and within 5 minutes of talking with the sales rep, we knew we would use AAPCO. His experience guided us to make the correct choice of color and materials for the job and he even had a video of the gutter guards that was on his house. The installers were very professional and their quality of work was very good. When we had an issue (only 1 minor one) the company was out the next day to fix it. I would recommend AAPCO to others.

Service was postponed 4 times with no contact. But upon actual arrival, the team got to work and I absolutely love our new door! The color is beautiful and I can see savings in our future in regards to heating and AC. Also provided paint sample for any small touchups needed. The security this new door provides is priceless.

We are very happy with the repacement of our old fiberglass tub with a new walk-in shower. We also love the replacement of our lineoleum floor with LVP. Tracie and Andre of Bath Planet were great to work with!

The work we had done was complete vinyl siding including removing the old siding. I’d like to commend the crew from RZ Siding Construction, Ronald Morales, and his crew. They worked extremely hard to insure my wife and I were pleased and went out of their way to insure that the job was completed professionally and expertly. I would also like to commend Jerry the overall site manager on insuring we had the best crew as possible and the job was completed in a timely manner. As in all projects, there is always something you wish you had added to the contract but didn’t. The manager Jeff was able to find materials to complete what we wanted free of charge. We appreciate the follow up by Britany and by Tom. So far so good and we have received quite a few compliments on how the house looks now. Thank you!

I don't normally give reviews but after dealing with some businesses that don't give quality work, and then finding one that goes above and beyond I have to give a shout out. Aapco installed some patio doors for me, and I am more than happy with their service. It wasn't an easy installation and they had to come back the next day to finish, but finish they did!!!! Their professionalism and quality of work is excellent and I am sooo happy with my new doors. :) I will be calling on them in future and recommending them to anyone who needs new patio doors...which I believe is everyone in my complex!!! :)

I just had a new roof and windows put in at my home in Henrico County by Aapco. I’m delighted with their workmanship, diligence, and expertise. The workers were precise and very attentive of my needs. I highly recommend AAPCO for all your home improvements.

Great experience. Sales rep knew the product and was flexible enough to meet with us again to close on things. The crew that did the roof install knew their work as well. We had a neighbor getting a roof done and the AAPCO crew was out working them by far. The clean up was done well also. We also found them to have the same product and substantially more competitively priced than several others. If you're getting multiple roof quotes, you should have them in your list.

Several years ago AAPCO installed a walk through door from the garage to the outside. It was top notch from start to finish. This year we ordered 2 doors and a storm door. As before the doors are great. They are solid quality doors. When there was an install issue, they were very responsive about how to fix the problems. They sent a quality control person to take a look and scheduled a date to come out and rehang the doors. Due to weather and illness a reschedule or two was required. They came out today and corrected the issues with the doors and they let us know there was a missing part that they let the office know about and someone will contact us to install that part. The doors function fine but that one piece ensures a closer fit.

The storm door just doesn't seem to be our luck. We picked what we thought was door with a lower kick plate so it wouldn't cover the panes of the see through door. It covered the whole first row. One of the managers took the time to come out and help us order a second storm door. He even called the manufacturer on our new choice to get the exact measurements of the kick plate before ordering. When they came to rehang the doors and install the new storm door, the kick plate still covers the majority of that first pane. They tried, they really did, but their product lines don't have what we want. This isn't AAPCO's fault and they spent a good amount of time trying to get us what we wanted.

We love our doors. They are good quaility doors and look nice with the home. Down the road we will probably replace the storm door with a different one.

One window and one exterior door was replaced, and the service was excellent. The installation technicians were very professional. They cleaned up as they went along and they left zero mess -In addition, they were in and out in a timely fashion. The products look great. I am very pleased with the service of this company. This is a great company to work with. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with the sales rep and later with the installers. The sales rep took his time showing and explaining the quality of their products.He worked with me keeping to my budget. The installers were great. They were polite and considerate and kept the area clean as they worked.The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. I would recommend AAPCO to anyone.

We had our windows installed on Friday. There was a team of about 10 that came out and installed all 18 windows and a sliding glass door. Everyone was very courteous and polite and they cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. We will definitely be using the company for future home renovation needs!

We had all of our windows replaced and are really happy with the job. I thought the price was competitive, the installation team was quick and super helpful. The windows seem really nice and the lifetime warranty absolutely gives us peace of mind. I feel like this really adds value to our home and we’ll enjoy the windows for a long time.

We needed new windows and doors throughout the house. From start to finish it was a great experience. We were nervous because we had read some bad customer service reviews. However, we got three estimates and for the price, the quality, and an outstanding warranty on the windows and doors we decided to go with AAPCO. We are very pleased with the installed products and the professionalism and attention to detail by the installers. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had AAPCO install a new roof earlier this year and do some trim repairs and gutter work. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. When they installed the new roof, they re-installed 30 year old vent covers until I said something. When the roofing crew was removing the old roof they carelessly threw down the old shingles hitting the sides of our white vinyl siding and left black marks everywhere. When they first repaired the gutters, it looked as if a 10 year old had done the work, it took 3 tries to get it repaired right and they still didn't complete all the gutter work that was in the initial work contract. After several tries to clean the siding, the service manager asked if we had taken pictures of the siding before the work started as if we were lying and I guess he expects people to take pictures of their home before AAPCO works on it. I would think he would have a higher opinion of his company. He then offered me $200 and gutter guard on the back gutter, guess the front gutter didn't need it. They then wanted me to sign a letter of completion so they could get paid but hadn't even completed all the gutter work. Their vice president came out ( a very nice man) and apologized and worked up a new work order giving me a larger discount, gutter guard on the back ( I had to pay extra for the gutter guard on front of the house ) and a work order to finish the gutter work originally contracted for. I never heard from or saw the company again until I filed a complaint with the BBB. The VP called me to apologize and said he thought the work had been completed. Why he had any confidence that the work would be completed without following up with us is a mystery to me. He had workers come out immediately and complete the work. It took almost 3 months from start to finish and a lot of phone calls and stress to get the job finished.

Update ; Their gutter guard doesn’t work either. I still have to get up on the ladder and clean under the guard at the downspouts.

Great service by Manda! I didn’t go with this company because of timing. But I wanted to express how helpful she was in the process of us looking to get a window replaced and how easy it was to talk to her. Will definitely recommend.

An awesome, beautiful, 2-day job done by a group of top-rated installers. The workers came and went straight to work. They cleaned up every piece of old siding and trash and even blowed all those dreaded leaves off my deck. Bryan. who handled all the business pieces, was on point and didn't pressure. He made a separate trip out to show me samples of some brick siding that I wanted in a specific area on the front of my house. I have received so many wonderful comments. I am so happy I decided to replace my old siding. I give them 5 stars. Please share my "Thank You" with the installers. A job well done.
