I really appreciate the time Tracie took with me and my family. They explained the total process and we were very satisfied with the product and the company. The Installers Mel and Chris were awesome. It was like working with family.

Review for (AAPCO): I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by [AAPCO] for the restoration of my home. While the siding came out nice and my home no longer resembles Swiss cheese, the overall experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing.
Detailed Issues Encountered: Interior Damage and Repairs: I spent the last two months banging down nails inside the home to put up drywall. Several electrical lines had to be replaced due to 4" nails protruding through the other side after the insulation was installed.
Unwanted Changes: I had no say in the door that was placed in my home and felt threatened into accepting it. Further more the door doesn't even work right and was given keys that don't even work. On top of that the frame work was done inappropriately and not to code. The window installed was not what I asked for, even though it is a nice window.
Gutter Issues: I requested leaf guards but was told they were unnecessary. I was assured 5" gutters would be sufficient, but only 4" gutters were installed. My gutters are now clogged, and several areas where gutters should be installed were left undone, with only half the house completed.
Siding and Finishing Problems: The Jay beads were not cut or installed in places needed and the windows were not wrapped. Some belongings were broken during the process, with no empathy shown by the workers.
The siding is already buckling, and some pieces were cut too short.
Arguments and Lack of Professionalism: There were too many arguments, including petty disputes over a single shutter. I was told they don’t put shutters on the back of houses.
Conclusion:
Overall, my expectations were not met. The company's lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, and high costs have left me extremely dissatisfied. I give them 2 stars only for the time it took them to complete the house. However, the numerous issues and lack of attention to detail make it difficult for me to recommend their services to anyone.

I have tried reaching out to you several times after you have responded to this post and have spoken to the women in your office and have told her what i had gone through but my time work hours seem to have clashed with your hours and i had to go to NH for 6months to help my mom. I am back now, but i am very leary on talking about the situation. I would prefer if you came out and seen for yourself. Thank you for replying.

All of the folks at AAPCO have been wonderful to work with. They, and all of their subcontractors, have handled many different aspects of a HUGE project to remove an old deck, add a new sunroom, replace windows, upgrade our electrical panel, and paint the entire interior of our house. We are very pleased with our association with each and every one of them.

Siding on the south facade of my house was damaged by a
micro-burst last August. I contacted 5 contractors and received responses from two..
AAPCO was approximately 8% lower. AAPCO had installed my siding in 1988, and they were able to match the appearance. Work completed in one day and beautifully matched to the rest of the house.

After 60 years of living with my very outdated bathroom, I decided it was time to give it a much-needed remodel, as well as making it more functional for my current needs. After searching on Angi, I decided to contact Bath Planet. During the sales visit, the rep listened to my wants and needs; and in the end, I felt confident I would get everything on my wish list at a great price from a reputable company. The renovation went smoothly, and I got everything I wanted, plus low maintenance shower doors; no need to squeegee after every shower! Bath Planet's designer, Tracie Stern, was also an enormous help. She helped me decide between LVT floor designs based on my preferences. She went with me to compare styles, knew how much I needed and helped me place the order. She made the whole process so easy. I am SO GLAD I went with her suggestion. Also important, they contacted me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the end product. I highly recommend Bath Planet.

The staff that came to our house to give estimate and do the work were very professional and caring. They took the time to answer all our questions and explain various options. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The results were tremendous. We are very pleased with the results and would very much recommend Bath Planet for anyone who wants a bathroom renovation.

Bath Planet just completed our tub/shower replacement in our home. Overall we were very pleased with their quick response when we requested a proposal and the fast turnaround time for installation. Our installer, Ed, was so very professional and did a great job.
This is the second time we have used Bath Planet and highly recommend them for anyone needing a shower or tub conversion.

We moved into a new condo with bathrooms in serious need of remodeling. We were so pleased with the Bath Planet remodel of our tub to shower conversion, we had them come back to remodel the soaker tub and glass shower combo. Installer Mel is the best! (Sorry I am not the best photographer but you get the point!)

AAPCO is a place that takes pride in their work. They communicated every step of the way. They were always punctual. Our newly installed American-made door is exactly what we wanted. Highest recommendation!

Loved working with Aapco, the crew was amazing to work with, our deck looks amazing around our pool. They removed all the old pickets around my decks (front and back) and replaced them with new vinyl railings and post. Lauren was awesome at keeping me updated on everything as the project was going along. I will definitely be using them again on future projects as we continue to update our home.

We recently had our home office window converted into a sliding patio door, and AAPCO did an outstanding job! Sean came out and met with my wife and I to discuss our vision. After going over the plans and options for the new sliding door, we knew right away that AAPCO wouldn't have any problems tackling this project. We promptly drew up an agreement after discussing costs. I had already met with a few other companies prior to AAPCO, and none of them matched AAPCOs price, quality of material, or the warranty. A couple of days later I was contacted by John who came out to take measurements to order the door and materials. While the door was being manufactured, AAPCO took care of pulling all necessary permits for the construction, which provided a little peace of mind. Once the door arrived, AAPCO quickly contacted me to schedule the two day installation.

Since this install required cutting out a new opening in the side of the house, some minor electrical work would be needed to convert the existing interior electric outlet to an outdoor outlet and to drop new lines for two patio lights and a switch. I had already hired an electrician for the work, and passed the information to John who went out of his way to coordinate the electrical work while the door was being installed.

On the day of installation John and another employee (sorry forgot name) arrived on time and quickly began work. I was really surprised that in just 6 hours they had mange to cut out the new opening (saving my existing window for a spare), added new support/framing for the door, and installed the sliding patio door so we would be protected from a cold January night. The next morning, work began as scheduled and when my electrician arrived to perform his work there weren't any hiccups at all, very professional as if these guys have been working together their whole life. It really made this experience very pleasant without any worries or regrets.

AAPCO really did an amazing job! My wife and I couldn't be more happier with the whole process. More importantly our 2 year old Lab is obsessed with the new door because he can see all the birds and squirrels now.... lol

AAPCO was extremely professional and provided quality work at all times. From the initial consultation, (which was informational and not pushy) to final installation, we didn't have to worry about one thing. It was all taken care of. Both sets of doors they installed for us —a front entry door and a sliding patio door — went in perfectly. The carpentry looked amazing inside and out, with no mess and the quality of the products are outstanding. If you need doors installed, I can 100% vouch for the quality of their work. On top of that, I had received several bids for the work, and they were the most reasonable for what we received. The front office staff stayed on top of everything and were always helpful when calling in to ask a question. Thank you, AAPCO.

Had 7 windows replaced TODAY and the installation went wonderfully. I did make sure to review the project with the lead installer prior to any work beginning and identified that there were some intricacies to my project that they were not aware of but I wont hold it against anyone. In my case I had one premium window that I needed in one room for a more tightly, environmentally controlled space as well as removal of an old awning and as soon as I brought it to the attention of the installers they were on it.

The sales experience was equally as great and I didn’t feel overly pressured to purchase as I had with other companies and the timeline from order to install was QUICK.

HIGHLY recommend for window projects.

The young men that installed my gutters were very professional and stopped to answer my questions! They added a few little things that was not really part of the job! I know it was because they knew I was elderly and on a limited income! They made sure that my yard was left clean and what a difference my house looked afterwards! The few things I was concerned about was corrected the same day!

I had a tub converted to a shower. Mel and Chris did an excellent job. They installed new plumbing, walls and showers doors. They very very professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend them!
Also, Andre the salesman was very thorough and did not pressure me. Exceptional service

The windows are crystals clear, decreased outside noise, and so smooth to open and close. So happy we invested the money. The instillation was like clockwork! The team was were so knowledgeable and professional. Prepared for and cleaned up after installation.Cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you all.
