Love living here. Update: As a provider of 55+ homes, they pretty much decide to ignore issues that arise, even after promising to handle thing that surface later. Roofs, Driveways, finishing landscaping as they build out all seem to decline in quality the closer they get to completion. Don't get me wrong, I still low living here, although I would say to anyone considering one of their properties, inspect, professionally all along the process. Rely on no promises that are not put in writing by the developer/owner and signed as a legal document. They will throw their employees under the bus, so DO NOT rely on any employee promises.

Was 6 weeks past contract target date. At the last minute, we only had 1 day between orientation and closing. First day in found water underneath floor planks. Flooring had to be ripped up. Loud fans and dehumidifier had to run around the clock to attempt to dry up water. 3 weeks later still cutting holes in walls looking for source of the leak. Living in these conditions has been unhealthy and overall miserable.

We are totally loving our Cornerstone home at Chickahominy Falls. Good selection of models and floor plans, and we found one that suited us beautifully. Furthermore they have created a well thought out community environment that has attracted a lot of wonderful people from near and far to make their homes here. Highly recommend considering Cornerstone for your next home build.
