I was really pleased with the inspection Paul performed on my house. He was professional in his findings and brought up some significant items to be fixed.
What an immature home inspector and inspection company. Your job is to report issues not to make your petulant childish comment on reports. It was obvious after reading his childish comments that this person and company are bottom feeders.
Terrible experience. He missed several things during our inspection! Not thorough at all and gave us very limited information and pictures on our report! Completely missed insulation issues in attic and crawlspace! Do not use him!
I should have taken heed to the other reviewers. Paul Locke was not thorough. Paul Locke did not do the best job inspecting my home. It’s such a waste of $350 because I ended up getting another inspection done because something just seemed, off.
PAUL LOCKE is nice but he's the WORST inspector ever. He inspected my home and missed things that I noticed later probably because he was spending all his time running is big mouth to my sorry realtor they've worked with eachother for years and probably are in cahoots with eachother. He doesnt know what he's doing as an inspector and I def dont recommend him at all!!
