Thank you Cross Creek for a beautiful design, landscape installation and patio extension. The entire crew was delightful to work with and very considerate in seeking our input when needed (and during horrible heat and humidity). We installed the "bones" of the design for now, and look forward to completing the remainder in the coming year.

I am not a big writer of reviews but I felt compelled to do so here. We have used Wendy from Cross Creek to do our container gardens now for a couple years and I have to say that literally every single time she has done it, the results have been spectacular. She is timely, communicates well, always cleans up entirely and is spot on with her designs and layouts. We usually do 4 or so different layouts each year so we have used her now quite a bit. Could NOT be happier with the results each and every time. The number of compliments we get from friends, family, the neighbors and even people walking around our street that stop and ask us about them which leads to where we got them done. Here is the latest example (they're bigger than they look in this picture as it was taken from street level). Just gorgeous!

Today I visited Cross Creek West End, with the intention of finding flowers that could stay beautiful and fresh until winter, and my experience was very positive. Since I entered, I found a cozy atmosphere, full of colors and aromas that immediately transmit calm. Fatima was very attentive and patient, she guided me on which are the most resistant flowers to weather changes and which require less care, she helped me select a beautiful flat of colorful Violas for my containers. I left the store not only with a beautiful flat, but also with more knowledge to keep it in good condition during the season.

We recently had a rather large residential project completed with bushes, flowering shrubs and grasses. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome. The finished product was completed in a timely manner. The yard was mulched and cleaned up well. I was particularly pleased with the flexibility and helpfulness of Zack and his guys. They were very patient and accommodating in helping make alterations and sharing ideas to the original plan as the planting was done.
One downside that we experienced was in the original renderings of the overall plan. While the project plan was very professional and the renderings were excellent for us to visualize the final product, the number of plants and the placement of the plants was greatly over estimated. We had to adapt the plan to the space available and sent back a great many plants. There was literally no room for all the plants on the plan. It ended well but it took a lot of time to rearrange the original plan. We were promptly re-billed for the lesser number of plants and the decreased labor cost with no hassles. It would have been nice to have the person who originally did the plan come out and help us adapt the plan. The other issue that irked me was that the cost of the plants was marked up from the cost of the available on the retail lot. They charged for plants, delivery, installation, etc and I would have thought that with the number of plants involved we would have gotten a discount and not a surcharge! I will probably use Cross Creek again for another project and would certainly recommend them to others but will be more observant of the details.

They have a beautiful nursery! They have a wide variety of indoor plants and their prices are very good. I didn’t catch her name, but one of the workers inside the greenhouse was so sweet as well. I can’t wait to return.

This is one best landscaping nursery I’ve ever seen. The varieties of plants and flowers are amazing. I’d honestly visit this place just for a good walk. I purchased some elephant ear plants and snake plants. Not pricey at all and they also offer memberships. I’m try to come as often as I can to add to my collection

We had several shrubs installed by Matt today. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and attentive to what he was doing. He prepared the planting sites thoroughly with soil and fertilizer. He also advised as to proper watering. Great work!

Cross Creek Nursery just completed a landscape project in our backyard. The results surpass our expectations; the plants are beautiful and low maintenance, the slate path solid yet welcoming, and the overall design even prettier than on paper. The entire project was seamless from design to scheduling, installation and cleanup. Did a bunch of landscape planning this weekend and was a bit overwhelmed with the project. I ended up with 3 truck loads of trees and shrubs I purchased from CC. Jordon was with me every step of the way! She was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick out all my plants, reviewed which ones would work best in different locations, loaded my truck for me 3 different trips and had a huge smile in her face to entire time! Such a pleasant experience and what a wonderful employee!! Cross Creek is lucky to have her!

We hired Cross Creek for a whole yard transformation including a new blue stone patio, outdoor kitchen, outdoor lighting new plants and a fountain. We were so impressed with the quality of their design, execution and workmanship. Recently we had them back to install urns on either side of our front steps and that too was a beautiful job. And they are doing regular weekly maintenance for us. It is one stop shopping and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Cross Creek for any and all landscape need.

Cross Creek just completed a big project at our property - pulled out very old plantings and installed all new plantings and mulch across the entire front of our property. It looks amazing! The project was easy from the start, we first met with a designer to help figure out what we wanted and when it should be planted. Once the project started onsite, the onsite leader checked in with us and was an available to us throughout each day of the project. We could not have had a better experience from start to finish!!

Stacey at Cross Creek has been planting and decorating the seasonal containers around my yard for years. Her artistry and knowledge of plants are unparalleled. She, Wendy, Tammy, and Lisa came to switch my containers from autumn to winter/Christmas. They heard my vision and delivered. This department at Cross Creek is amazing. FYI, Tara comes every two weeks to inspect and maintain the plantings throughout the year. Amazing work.

The Cross Creek crew did a great job in taking out my overgrown shrubbery without any damage to underground wires and cables. The crew kept me informed about where all the new plantings will go and how to care for them.

The experience I had with Cross Creek Nursery was excellent from beginning to end. I have a new house and it lacked personality, especially in the back, so I worked with Ally Sheehan to design new beds and decide on a few trees to make my yard more colorful and interesting and also provide some pollinator plants for butterflies and hummingbirds. Working with Ally was like working with an old friend. She has a depth of knowledge of plant colors, habits, and environmental suitability. She listened carefully to what I was envisioning and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Will, Nelson, and Carlos spent the day installing the plants and applying fresh mulch to the existing beds and the new ones. They made sure that I approved the placement of the plants before they actually put them in the ground which I greatly appreciated. They were professional and considerate of my property and even told me that there was a hornets nest by the air conditioner! Fortunately, no one got stung. I had a red Japanese maple planted and two beds created, planted, mulched and bordered with stacked stones on May 14, 2024. The project manager, Jack, and two great team members (Abraham and Juan) did a fabulous job! They were diligent, hard-working, courteous and efficient. From delivery to preparation to installation and cleanup, they were busy, careful, answered my questions, and converted a design plan into a completed landscape that I love. The simple design in my head became a reality that looks like it has always been here! I love it and I cannot say enough about the team who delivered what I hoped to see!
