I stopped by to get flowers for my mother's birthday and was helped by a very nice gentleman. He helped me pick out a custom bouquet, which my mother loved. I will definitely be back. They also have a greenhouse/nursery, check it out!

I loved visiting this nursery! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Elizabeth spent a lot of time helping me even though my purchase was smalI. I look forward to coming back and admiring all of the lovely plants.

We had the absolute BEST time working with Trevor at Crosscreek Nursery!! It wasn’t that busy, so he walked us everywhere we needed to go, giving us options, and answering all of our questions!! I’ve never had so much fun at a plant nursery…not to mention how beautiful the nursery is with all the water features, bridges, children playing, decorative features, and walking paths! We filled up the Pilot so much we almost didn’t have room for Mom!! Thank you, Crosscreek and Trevor for a beautiful Saturday morning!! (And don’t forget to check out the T-Rex statue - a must for every garden 😂)

I’ve worked with landscape contractors and many nurseries over the years. None have stacked up to my experience with Cross Creek. Everyone from designer, nursery staff,
maintenance and install crews have been incredible friendly, professional and experts in their field. Their leadership is supportive of their work regardless of the level job they hold. It’s great to streamline from multiple companies to one to handle it all. Expectations have been exceeded. They are also responsive and timely to questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Cross Creek Nursery for your landscape needs!

Stacey and her team always do a FABULOUS job! If you’re not sure what kinds of flowers you want, Stacey will ask you questions snd she can take it from there. Or she’s comfortable with you making suggestions also. This is the second year we’ve used Cross Creek and Stacey and we’ll continue to recommend them.

Overall we are very happy with our new landscaped yard from Cross Creek Nursery. Total glow up!

The sales team (Cody) and installation crew (Helen, Owen and their crew) were all great to work with throughout the process. We ran into a few issues with our FiOS line being cut even though it was marked, our fence and driveway were damaged as well.

Love, love, love this place. Great selection, wonderful staff and great prices. Thank you for enabling my addiction lol. The property itself is so beautiful. They really show off their expertise in landscaping.

If you are looking for an exceptional experience in landscape design, look no further then Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping. The process begins with a design plan. Cody Jordan, our designer, came out to the house to discuss the project and develop a plan which included 2 rows of Belgian block along our driveway, and an apron between 2 stone columns. Cody listened carefully, then thoughtfully offered suggestions and guidance to meet our vision. Once the design plan was compete, the project manager, Gelo, and his team of Orlando and Gama went to work. They did a fantastic job with their workmanship, paying careful attention to every detail. The team had a high level of expertise, and they were neat, professional and took great pride in making sure everything was done just right. We are delighted with the outcome, and we could not be more pleased with Cross Creek’s commitment to our project.

Staff is always incredible when I visit and are always so fast and willing to help. They have a great selection and are always attentive to what what plants thrive in each individual situation and will spend time to help you find the perfect one. Thanks for helping me pick some out today, looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely love Cross Creek across the board. From indoor plants to outdoor shrubs and trees to the seasonal container service for my home and studio. Stacey and Wendy and the crew keep my planters fresh and seasonal and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for all plant needs!

Great work on our patio. We look forward to enjoying it for years to come. The Cross Creek team were punctual, polite, and hard-working despite the harsh weather. Ramon, Owen, Mike, Raul, & Juan discussed progress with us and worked well together to accomodate & resolve the few issues that came up.

We just completed our third project with Cross Creek Landscaping to add river rock borders to the mulch beds they designed and planted last year. The crew was very professional - even waiting until a little later in the morning to start unloading the river rock to lessen the early morning disturbance to the neighbors. Adding the rock was a great complement to the greenery already in the beds and also addressed a drainage issue that was washing out the mulch after heavy rains. It took awhile to schedule a project manager to come out to look at the grounds and to complete the work because the team is super busy. It was worth the wait!

Cross Creek is truly a family oriented company who pays attention to details of customers and really puts their heart and soul into making customers feel special. Living in Texas, I wanted to make my daughter's birthday special. After reading reviews I called and spoke to Sam Taylor the nursery manager. He was so helpful in walking me through getting a gift card and arranging it with the floral department to send it with the flowers. He not only made sure floral knew about the gift card, he personally emailed me to confirm the order went through and that someone from the florist would contact me Monday morning. Not many companies would take that extra step to reach out. Monday I got that call from a wonderful person in floral who helped me customize a beautiful pink floral design in an adorable tin/pink watering can. She knew about attaching the gift card too. My daughter received the beautiful arrangement this morning and loved it. Photo attached. I know she will be using that gift card to make her new home an oasis. Next time I visit Virginia, I will have to come visit Cross Creek!

Cross Creek just finished our landscaping project. Owen and Ramon and his team were great! They were very attentive to any questions and willing to tweak the project as needed. Can’t say enough about the quality of the work they did. It’s amazing how they were able to keep our grass intact as they drove heavy machinery over it in wet conditions. You would never know a muddy mess was in the street in front of our house when they finished. Attention to detail is their strength. This is the second project completed by Cross Creek for us. They have the best designers who listen to your needs and create spectacular plans. We can’t wait until spring when the plants begin to grow! Thank you Owen and Ramon!

Posting for my mom...The delivery driver went above and beyond and really made my christmas eve.He was wearing a santa hat, red shirt with a necktie and beautiful, shine shoes. I just wanted to give him props for going above and beyond for us. The flowers looked nice as well.

Wow! I am so appreciative of this company. I put an order in online. It was last minute for a dear friend. Cross Creek delivered theses Beautiful flowers within 2 hours of the order being placed. I couldn't believe how they jumped right in for me to get the flowers delivered. How kind of them to meet my needs. The flowers are gorgeous. Thank you so much!

From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed by the staff, especially Bijou Marie. Bijou kindly showed me various types of plants and shared her knowledge about them. She also took the time to ask about my ideas and goals regarding the plants. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will recommend this place to anyone.
