I have had the pleasure of knowing Rilee Harman for a while and he is one of the most professional and genuine people you will ever meet. When I needed landscaping for my house I gave him a call. I did not shop around or check anything, because I trusted Rilee and his company would take care of me and they did. Everyone I interacted with at the company was great from the receptionist, Jennifer, to the workers to Rilee's other partners. Did not have one bad experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent installation provided by Terra Forma, not only would use again and recommend, but signed up for a longer relationship to make sure what they started is maintained. Something I've never been willing to do before. Out of the hundreds of plants installed, only one has failed, and it is being taken care of - which speaks to the quality of their vendors. Established a start time, finished quickly and efficiently and followed up throughout. Top notch outfit and associates.

Billy and his guys did an amazing job. I had to rip my entire driveway out, cobble the edges, and pull down an old retaining wall. The coordination with paving was excellent. In a weeks time, they built a new stacked stone wall, cobbled the edges, leveled out both sides with new soil and brought sod in. It looks incredible and they were so easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Billy and the team at Terra Forma were very professional and did great work. We received quotes from several companies, and felt most comfortable going with Terra Forma due to the competitive price and the amount of time and attention Billy provided during the quoting process. Billy spent significant time with me discussing the potential work plan, had good suggestions for how to improve on my original ideas, and was readily available to answer questions during and after the quotation process. The actual landscaping project took 1.5 days and Billy was on site numerous times to ensure the work was done according to plan, and the work crew did a fantastic job getting the yard tilled, re-soiled, and covered with sod in an efficient manner. We are very pleased with the results from this project, and would gladly recommend Terra Forma to anyone in the Richmond area who is in the market for a landscaping company,

Terra Forma did extensive landscaping for us. They took great care with all their work, stuck to the agreed schedule, and were very hard working. We found their skilled team friendly and responsive to our requests for changes. When one of our plants died, they did not hesitate to replace it at no additional charge - a real sign of a professional company demonstrating integrity.

Terra Forma Landscaping came recommended by my neighbor. I set a consultation appointment with Rilee Harmon. After discussing what I wanted in the way of a more "deer resistant" garden, Rilee recommended I work with David Hugo who created my vision. After a complete garden clean out, all plant materials have been installed so I'm anxiously waiting for next spring and summer. Thank you for working so carefully with me and listening to my requests.

They do a great job! I particularly like the fact that they hand-pull weeds. I get the same crew every week for routine maintenance. That's been helpful because I like to keep things a bit more natural than some other clients may like, so it's good to have the same team to learn my particular preferences. My particular rep is also very responsive to any particular requests or additional work I may want from time to time. Highly recommend!

Simply the best! We've used Terra Forma for a full removal and install. They worked with our designer, fence crew and lined up hardscaping for us to make everything super turn key. They handle our weekly maintenance and irrigation as well! I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience with David, Justin, and the whole team! David worked with me to talk through my project and adjusted the scope based on my feedback multiple times until we landed on the ideal project. The project included a lot of "plant editing" removing a lot of ivy, older plantings, and money grass and added multiple layering of new, more manageable plants and fresh mulch throughout. Terra Forma is a premium landscaping company and is ideal for those major refresh or new installation projects. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the first year when we sign up for the landscaple service. Their customer services that include effective communication, timely response to our needs and requests, excellent team work, and great outcomes have made our yard cleaner and more beautiful.

Cole my project manager went above and beyond in the last snow/ice storm as my long front walkway had literally become a “luge” and I urgently had to get to the street to make it to the airport . His patience and tenacity getting me safely down to the road was excellent!!!.
Then they promptly retuned to shovel the solid ice from the walk path and driveway so I could safely navigate the walkway upon my return

Regular maintenance and the attention to detail has been exceptional as well. My yard and plantings are looking better than ever. The crew is reliable, professional and thorough at each visit. I recommend Terra Forma and if I could give higher than five stars I would !!!

Terra Forma was a delight to work with and our patio looks great! Chloe, Justin and team were great communicators and very responsive to asks/questions from the beginning to end of the project. We had some weather challenges but the team handled rescheduling seamlessly. The team was very respectful and left our yard in pristine condition at the end of the job. We would 100% use them again and would recommend them for patio installation.
