They were easy to get a hold of, gave an accurate estimate, showed up on time, and did a great job. It was easy and relatively inexpensive for what I needed.

Simply Clean came to do a large sectional couch and area rug. Trent took great care to getting them both back to new condition - starting from extremely dirty.

Scheduled appointment- they came when agreed - gave me a quote to clean the carpet in one of our bedrooms (dog had gotten sick over the weekend). Once completed all stains and smells were gone!!! Very professional and no “extra” charges. Will definitely use them in the future.

They did a great job considering how bad my carpets were. I do think they could have worked on the stains a little more. I have a couple in the livingroom by the couch that doesn't look or feel like they hit it at all. Overall they did a good job.

I'll admit when I saw how much lower their prices were in comparison to competitors, I was kind of worried to book, but I did anyway since we need to save where we can with our move. I mean you'd expect lower quality for a lower price. We had some spots on our carpet that I was kind of worried would definitely not come out. But the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I plan on using them for all of my future needs as well. They were really easy to book and work with, everyone I dealt with was so nice and pleasant, and all of the carpet in the house is absolutely perfect. I couldn't even tell we'd been living there with pets, parties, shoes, etc. So impressed!

I picked Simply Clean based on a handful of positive Google reviews - and I'm glad I did. I had them clean my large white sectional couch. No specific stains, just needed freshening up after a large renovation project. The salesperson and serviceperson were both polite and responsive. Overall I'm pleased with the result and would definitely hire them again for any other project.

My experience with this company was outstanding. They fit me into their schedule in under 24 hours of calling, showed up early (and notified me they would be), were super reasonably priced and did the job in 30 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would definitely use them again and recommend to family/friends!
