Great service and a great team to work with. Maria and her crew are very friendly, thorough and detail oriented. We had a lot of problems with our old crew through a separate company, but ever since we've switched, we've been extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!

We have used Vanguard Cleaning Services both on a contract basis for a building and also for special services such as carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing floors. They have always been very responsive and timely and the work is of excellent quality. The Op's Manager always gets the job done!.

We started using Vanguard Cleaning's services at the start of the year and we have yet to run into any problem that we'd categorize as a major problem. Initially, just being honest, we had a few minor issues where things were being missed or forgotten, but, after communicating, we've received perfection! Week after week we don't have any issues and so their in-house communication is just awesome; responses are always within a short period of time and the message(s) are relayed to the point where the concerns are addressed immediately! Vanguard Cleaning replaced our previous cleaning company and I wish we had found them sooner than we did just so we had less months of headaches.

She interfaces so well with staff and residents. Cici always strives to provide a high quality service
for us. Lillian is also great, she is very responsive and so nice to work with, both make my life easier.

I recommend using Vanguard for janitorial service. We have ZERO complaints about the cleaning. Good Communication - They respond quickly to any questions we have. The account rep visits regularly to see how things are going. They have been the best cleaning company we have dealt with so far.

My experience as a franchisee with Vanguard Cleaning Systems has been amazing! The administrative team has been a great support. I feel that they are genuinely invested in the success of each franchisee. When problems arise, Shirley is responsive and engaged in helping to identify solutions. In addition, each franchisee is held to a standard that one can be proud of.

I would give more than five stars, but five is all that we are allowed. We use Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Central Virginia for the weekly cleaning of our facility. Shirley has been wonderful to work with. She checks in with me regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly. If there is every an issue, she is on top of it to make sure it is correct. Her customer service skills and attention to detail are top notch. Plus the cleaning crew, John, Yuri, and Henry, are all great to work with. They help ensure that our facility is clean and ready for the next day. Not only is it a great company to work with, but the staff is great as well! Highly recommended!

I hired Vanguard Cleaning Systems of VA about a year ago and they have done an excellent job for us. They are easy to work with and totally aim to please. They check up on you often to ensure that you are satisfied with the services you are receiving, which I have always been. Our practice is in the dental field so it is very important that it looks impeccable each and every day and Vanguard has never let us down. Tracy is the one responsible for taking care of us and Dr. Crowley just told me the other day that Tracy is a very caring individual who takes pride in what he does. We have been using Vanguard services for almost 2 years now at our four office buildings ranging in sizes from 16000sqft to 25000sqft. Our staff communicates with their staff on a day to day basis and their staff do a great job of the routine cleaning at each space. Their supervisor, Nicole, does an excellent job of communicating with me for any questions or concerns and she is quick to address any questions we have as well. We're happy with our service overall!

We have used Vanguard since we set up operations in Ashland Virginia over 7 years ago. Good communication with our assigned cleaning specialist, but when there was some slippage in service, John dealt with it promptly and professionally. We are back on track and are receiving the 5-star service.

Noris does a fantastic job and is great at communicating with any issues or needs she may have. Please look somewhere else. No show at agreed upon time and no response to calls or texts. Unfortunately, I lost my deposit. Very disappointed all around.
