I have had Veronica cleaning my house for close to four years. She does the best job for me, and leaves my house sparkling and smelling wonderful. I love walking into my home after she is done. She pays attention to the tiny details. There is no one better!!

Had Honest Maid come in for a deep clean of our office suite and they did a fantastic job. They were efficient, thorough, and left the place smelling great without that heavy 'chemical' odor. Great communication from the staff as well. Will definitely be booking them again!

Z did an amazing job on our carpet throughout our whole house! We were completely satisfied and will be using his services again in the near future!

Wow. I will not be using this company. Just spoke with someone for less than 60 seconds about getting set up with a cleaning and she took such a tone with me over the phone that I hung up while on a hold. She was demeaning and made me feel like my call and the questions I was asking were annoying to her. When customer service is that bad on the scheduling side, it does not bode well for the company or the service itself. I hate that I couldn't get in with Henrico Chem-Dry. I called them first and the woman I spoke with was just as lovely and nice and she could be. She said they were booked up through the end of November but gave me the number for Heritage to try instead. I had no idea that Heritage Chem-Dry even existed because I hadn't seen them pop up anywhere in my searches. Oh well!

BEWARE!!! On 30 Nov 2016 the owner, Mark Fulcher, picked up 10 oriental area rugs. He assured us that we would have them back by December 15th. We gave him a check for one-half the estimate,

We called December 12th to get a status update and left a message with an answering service. Mark called back and told us he forgot about our rugs. We asked him where they were and he said he "thought they were at his brother's house where they clean rugs." We asked when we would get the rugs back and Mark said he would call us back. That is the last time we heard from him despite leaving several messages at his two answering service phone numbers and sending an email.

While trying to find a direct contact for this company, I discovered that they apparently do not have a public place of business and the county licensing offices have several addresses for them.

Summary: this company has had my rugs valued at about $2200 plus a $235 deposit since November 30th. They won't respond to phone calls or emails. BEWARE!!!!

Extremely disappointed and very unprofessional attitude.
We had an appoint with Alex of Heritage Chem-Dry for cleaning of two rooms at 2-5 PM on a Friday. We were told over the phone that it's $100.00 for 400 Sq Ft. He texted me day before it was scheduled to mentioning that he has three other jobs, he doesn't know if can do it, why office scheduled etc. Late afternoon, on the day of the Job he texted that one of the job cancelled, he can come at 3 PM. When he showed up, after 3 PM, he looked at one of the room and said it's considered as 2 rooms, it's over 200 Sq ft. We challenged that as it was not (it was 188 Sq ft), I even said 'you can measure it', which he ignored. He said he will charge $129 for that room only, but willing to take off $20 just for that one room. When we said that we were quoted $100 for 400 Sq Ft, he had a bad attitude, saying things like he waited for us till 3pm where as it's the other way around we waited for him. Extremely disappointed with "His" customer service, and not honoring the price we were quoted. He is trying markup the price, blaming folks in the back office, saying they have no business quotting price, he is doing the job so on...

Mark Fulcher has been cleaning rugs and furniture for over 20 years. His work ethic and professionalism are unmatched. We were glad to find he was available last week and he did an amazing job. We would 100% recommend him.

This was the most complete cleaning we have ever had! These folks were quiet, pleasant, respectful and kind. It was like having family. I am so grateful for their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance. Thanks again guys!

This was my first experience hiring a maid service, They went beyond what I expected. I will definitely be hiring them again & telling friends, family, neighbors and anyone looking for a maid service. Thank you for cleaning so well I was able to kick back and relax:)

I decided to have my new place professionally cleaned before moving in. I had no issue contacting this company and before just giving me a flat price, he came to see what was needed. I told him my time frame and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. The ladies were on time and took their time to ensure quality service. I will use them again when needed.

Would not recommend whether it is Perfect Maids RVA or All Shine House Cleaning, they are both Reggie and Andreiza Freitas. Pricing is higher than other companies and the owners are unwilling to receive feedback or provide corrections to their staff. What started out as a great experience quickly went downhill. Andreiza and Reggie initially visited our home and assured us they had a solid quality plan in place for consistent work. They said the team would work the perimeter of the room then work inward to ensure all surfaces were clean. If any area was missed, they were happy to address it and retrain or speak with the team. Unfortunately, this did not occur. Any time something was pointed out the team was just apologetic but made no efforts to fix it. When this was brought forth to Andreiza, she was not willing to hear or listen to my concerns. She instead asked me to feel free to find another company. This is not customer service. I am not hard to please, in fact we had months of bi-weekly cleans that were going well. It all fell apart after we took a pause for COVID-19 and then resumed cleanings. I asked her to delay a month and after one clean was skipped she asked if they could resume. I reluctantly agreed, as I did miss them as they did do a great job. However, upon resuming work, 3 bi-weekly cleans in a row with subpar work with no willingness to correct. My daughter and wife were uncomfortable in our home as one of the cleaners was dealing with a personal issue while on the job. I would not recommend as it is odd to be “fired” as a customer from the owner who could not hear that the commode was still dirty. I can accept that different areas will be our could be missed but that is the one thing in the home that should never be “missed”.

I recently hired Perfect Maids to do a deep clean at my house. Perfect Maids did a fantastic job! Reggie was extremely easy to work with - from scheduling, estimate, actual cleaning, and then payment. Two cleaners came to my home and completely detailed every room. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this service.

I have been a customer with Perfect Maids Rva Cleaning Services for over a year. I even moved from my old house in Chesterfield to a new home in Glen Allen area and Perfect Maids made it seamless. Over the past few months I have a new puppy, which has made cleaning the house even more challenging. This last Wednesday, Helen and Chris did such a fantastic job cleaning my house! After a long day at worked, I walked in the front door to a squeaky clean home with everything in its place! I can't thank Helen and Chris enough!
