We had our oriental rug cleaned by C-L. Staff examined the rug thoroughly in front of me. I liked that. Had a dog urine stain at one end of the carpet. Paid extra for the cleaning treatment.Brought the rug home and unrolled it after the cleaning. The color red had bled. Pink was now over 40% of the carpet. Expensive rug is now ruined. I still have questions. Did the information concerning the urine stain reach the cleaning crew? Does the cleaning crew know how to clean a rug with a urine stain? From our experience, administration and the cleaning crew don't talk. If they do, I would have been told about the color bleed when I picked up the rug. Maybe when I picked up the rug they didn't want the confrontation? With hindsight as my guide, the cleaning process applied to the urine stain created the problem of color bleed. I don't think C-L knows how to clean rugs with urine stains.
I have uncovered more reviews that are exactly like mine from up to 3 years ago. Beware!

Christian Lorraine did an amazing job on my large oriental rug! There was an area where candle wax had spilled on it and when they were done with the rug it was spotless! Amazing job and great team to work with.

Other than the person rolling their eyes at me upon hearing what neighborhood I lived in, and the rug taking two weeks longer than “quoted”, and the rug not being super clean, it’s a good establishment. My rug was extra dirty, which was a fair assessment, so I figured the extra time would take care of that. They did their best, and for that, I applaud them. I also would rather support a local business, even if it takes longer than expected.

Excellent and professional. Christian-Lorraine cleaned three of my antique oriental rugs, plus made repairs to one of them. All odors and stains removed. Repairs fantastic. Rugs smell clean (not covered up with heavily scented cleaner). The Customer service staff and delivery men are so polite and nice. Absolutely recommend 1000%.

I've been using Richmond Kwik Dry since I moved into my townhome 3 1/2 years ago. Regular cleaning has kept my carpets looking brand new! Jim and his team are honest, trustworthy and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Richmond Kwik Dry did an amazing job on my carpets. They came as promised, helped clear things off the carpet and explained what they were doing to do to get my carpets clean. Our dog laying on the carpet and tracking in dirt was our challenge. They did a great job getting the carpets looking new again!! Highly recommend!

I needed carpets cleaned. I had used ChemDry twice before with what I thought was inadequate results and customer service not up to my standards. For this job I tried three times to schedule with Certi-Green, and Charlie was unresponsive all three times. Am I ever glad he was, because Jim Creed at Kwik Dry was amazing. He was responsive and did what he promised when he promised. In fact, he was early to the appointment - when does that happen with vendors?! My carpets look better than they ever have with past cleanings. In fact, there were spots in one room that I thought would never come up, and with my two previous cleanings reappeared after two days. A week later, my carpets cleaned by Kwick Dry still look super good. The stairs still look great, even after lots of traffic up and down. No spots! Jim uses a citrus cleaner that smells terrific. He vacuumed first, sprayed the cleaner, cleaned with the rotary machine, repated with a rotary mop, and then raked the carpets to revive the fibers. The carpets dried within an hour with my ceiling fans on. The cost was less than my previous two cleanings or the estimate from Certi-Green (am so glad that fell through). Jim Creed at Kwik Dry definitely has my future business.

Jim and his team have always done a great job! From cleaning up stains from puppy gifts to sanitizing our furniture from our toddler. Great results at a fair price every time!

Wow! I can't say enough good about Jim, the owner, and Ryan, his tech. They're good guys who really care about what they do and it shows. Ryan did a terrific job on the carpets, getting up some stains that I couldn't get clean for the life of me. Jim cleaned the seats of my six antique chairs, and they look brand new! I feel like I got really good value for my money.

If you need carpets cleaned in your home or apartment call Richmond Kwik Dry! Jim was professional, friendly, and highly communicative. For instance, he called me a couple of times to offer me time slots that were earlier than my scheduled appointment when they became available. The price was second to none —other places were quoting me minimums of $150 for a small bedroom rug. Kwik Dry’s price was $88! I had a dark, dirt-like stain on the carpet and Jim zapped it right up. Couldn’t even tell it had been there. Kwik Dry is a local family business that is affordable, and with the quality of work, you truly get a bang for your buck!

I had read in an earlier review not to replace my rug until Jim cleaned it. So, what did I have to lose? Jim cleaned it and I don’t have to replace it! He did a wonderful job in removing stains and heavy traffic dirt in every area he cleaned. He was professional, thorough and time conscious. I highly recommend him!
