Jim is my go-to to clean my couches. I am always so satisfied. I have a disrespectful dog and toddler that like to destroy my couches so cleaning them on a regular basis is necessary. He has done my wood floor cleaning as well. He always calls if he has a cancellation and tries to fit me in. Very reasonable price as well. Use Jim as your only furniture cleaner!

I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning; Jim @ Richmond Kwik Dry did an excellent job cleaning our basement carpet Aug 2023. The stairs were especially in need and everything looks great. Jim was very responsive and professional. The service was easy to schedule and he was right on time, despite the fact that we live a bit outside of Richmond. Our carpet dried quickly, smelled nice and fresh, and we were able to walk on it again almost right away. Excellent service, fair prices; highly recommend!

Jim has cleaned my white sectional sofa for the last few years. He is thorough and professional...and my sofa looks new every time he finishes. (Even after the unfortunate red wine incident of 2022) But above and beyond his skill and service is his kindness, trustworthiness and sense of humor. Jim and his team were great, we were originally supposed to have the work done on a Thursday and Jim was able to actually take care of the job the Wednesday before. We had our entire upstairs carpets cleaned and were very pleased with the work. the were pet stains that have disappeared and I would highly recommend using Kwik Dry for your floor or upholstery cleaning needs. The price was great also!
