Jim did a fantastic job! I wish I had taken a before picture of our carpet to show the huge difference his services made. We have a dog who has suffered a lot of medical problems which has led to her having numerous accidents in the house. As much as my husband and I tried to clean it (renting carpet cleaners, buying a handheld carpet cleaner) nothing worked and we were left with stains all over our carpet. Jim came and in literally worked wonders. I would recommend him to anyone!
