Aspen did an amazing job. So polite and helpful, and the cleaning was one of the best ever. We've been long-time customers of RCC (over 7 years, I think) and continue to have great trust and confidence in Jen and her team.

We've been using River City Cleaning for almost 5 (five!) years now and are very happy with everything they do. Jen and her team are so pleasant to work with. They are great with standard weekly cleans and deep cleans when the house really needs it. The scheduling is simple, they are always on time, and they try to keep the same cleaners coming to the house. We work with Deborah primarily, who is wonderful and does an immaculate job, plus she knows just what we are looking for. Michael, Tanecia and Donna have done great work as well. It's clear that RCC takes the time to make sure you have a great experience with each team member. In the pandemic they have been extra cautious and a model for how to care for their customers in a difficult environment. It's such a relief to have River City Cleaning take care of our home!

We have used River City Cleaning for several years and they continue to be consistent in their excellent cleanings. Everyone - the owner, office staff and cleaners - is professional, responsive and friendly. Donna, Christina and Meek recently went above and beyond with their attention to detail. Not a spot missed in the house. We have been very pleased!

Deborah and Leslie from River City Cleaning are efficient, friendly, and professional. I know they will do a fabulous job cleaning my house every time. I have an baby girl and they are able to accommodate cleaning rooms around her nap schedule.

I first contacted Jen nearly 9 years ago, before the birth of my first child. She and the staff have been providing services to us ever since. It is so nice to come in each week and know that all the little things I don't always have time to get to have been taken care of. Something as simple as changing the sheets on my bed brightens my day in ways you cannot imagine. The cleaners are always friendly and helpful. And Jen is always willing to answer questions should I have any. It's nice to be able to support a small, local business.

I've used River City Cleaning for over two years now and have been very pleased with the results. Donna and the office team is responsive and accommodating when I've needed to reschedule. I've had several different team members clean my home over the years but the quality has been consistent. Most recently Marquetta, Dawn, Tamya, Nijah, and Aspen did great jobs!!!

River City Cleaning is best! Aspen does an awesome job every visit. She's a treat to speak to and does a wonderfully thorough job!
If ever there is a need to reschedule, they're incredibly responsive and flexible. They get 5 stars and an A+++

River City Cleaning has been great. They communicate well and schedule effectively. It makes it very easy for us. Quetta has been excellent! She is flexible and adjusts her cleaning when we need to use certain rooms. And the cat likes her, too!

Our experience with River City Cleaning was awesome and we have a big space! The team was detail-oriented, kind, safe, and great communicators. We will absolutely continue to use their services.

After a very late confirmation, 2 people showed up when the city of Richmond did not have water. They proceeded to clean the house while I went to work. I came back about an hour and a half later and it looks like they only dusted and vacuumed. I offered them a swiffer mop and they did not use it. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly as the sinks still had tooth paste on them. Showers were not cleaned thoroughly or were not cleaned at all. Fans were not dusted and no mirrors were clean. They proceeded to charge us the full amount. I DO NOT recommend this company.

We work with Tammy S. and Paige T. who are wonderful and do an immaculate job. It's clear that RCC takes the time to make sure you have a great experience with each team member. James T. has been doing a great job keeping our office clean! River City is a great cleaning company and very responsive and quick to get on any issues that may come up.

My in laws recently had a cleaning done by this company and it was a disaster. Crumbs in the kitchen, toilets missed, dust everywhere, dog fur on the floor? Scorecards aren’t worth filling out, been there done that. My dad keeps letting them come but my wife just said this needs to stop. It stresses her out because my daughter comes and cleans on the weekends when she visits from college. We interviewed multiple companies this week including the one we like. It’s time to move on. The owner herself has gotten the feedback and just doesn’t care, this has been going on since maybe last spring. We know a few others that are with this company and they have grown tired of the same type of issues. They just keep paying the bill and we are kind of wondering why? My in laws are going to compare cleans silently and if this doesn’t work out this company gets the boot. That. Is. It.

River City Cleaning is absolutely amazing! Their team is committed to excellence in every way—reliable, detail-oriented, and always professional. If any issues ever come up, they are incredibly easy to talk to and quick to make things right. We especially appreciate that they use environmentally friendly and human-safe products, which is extremely important to us as we serve children, families, and adults in our space. Highly recommend!

Really appreciated the services of River City Cleaning, from start to finish they were awesome. I was able to get a quote and clean scheduled with ease and you can tell they take pride in their customer service. The cleaning was excellent, thorough, and most importantly met the high expectations of my partner who was impressed by the service and wants to make it recurring.

Abigail and Carma with River City Cleaning did a SPECTACULAR job cleaning our house today! My dog Birdy adored them both and my ancient cat Dash tolerated them - which is more than he does for me sometimes! Thank you for your hard work and obvious attention to detail Abigail and Carma!
