Over the last year, I had only done touch-up and spot cleanings of my home, as I had been cleaning out my late father's house. After dealing with his home all day, the last thing I wanted to do was clean my house, too. Now that the work is done at his place, the thought of giving my home the good, deep cleaning it desperately needed was overwhelming. I contacted Brio for this service, with the intention of my doing the regular cleaning going forward once their deep clean was done. Vanessa and Nelin came yesterday afternoon, and they did a fantastic job! It was so nice to walk into a clean home after work and just be able to relax and not stress about all the things that needed to be done. Because their work was top-notch, I will be having them come once a month for regular cleaning, and I will just have to take care of touch-ups in between their visits. Thank you, ladies, for making my home feel so clean and refreshing! (Picture shows a sample of one of the extra touches they provided. Made our bathroom look like a spa!)

I've been using Brio since January of this year for bi-weekly cleanings and the occasional deep clean, and I've never been happier with a cleaning service. Highly recommend Brio. I have high standards in the services I use. Overall very happy with the cleaning quality and efficiency of his wife and team. It’s nice to work with a company with great communication and timely responses. Impressed with the customer service they provide through small touches. Brio seems to take care of their employees, which is extremely important to me.

I reached out to 8 companies, and Brio was the only one to respond—within 20 minutes Gabriel connected with me to start the process. Gabriel shortly after called and went through details of the services, client expectations, and book the cleaning. I customized what they are cleaning—full bathrooms, kitchen, downstairs living areas.

I’’m most impressed a Brio manager came to my house to inspect the final work of the ladies, and this manager helped the crew to perfect the service.

Pricing is very fair for the quality and efficiency of cleaning. Appreciate the discount for booking bi/weekly vs monthly. We did a deep cleaning and switched to bi weekly moving forward.

Did a deep clean of full bathrooms. and downstairs living areas and kitchen. 93% satisfied with the cleaning—highly recommend. Gabriel immediately assured me we could get to 100% satisfaction.

Michael was my technician. He called to indicate his arrival time. Before and after pictures were provided. He was also very polite and efficient! Keep up the good work!

BIRD PROBLEM? BUYERS BEWARE .... We had birds take up residence in our exhaust vent over our range. This company had been recommended by several neighbors so we thought it was a no brainer. They "cleaned" which is blowing out the debris and performed their so-called sanitizing method and 10 minutes after they left I could still hear the birds in the duct work. I immediately called and they scheduled a tech to come back out the next day. He arrived and put the camera down the vent and advised that there was 1 live bird and 2 dead ones.

How they can say they "performed" their service is beyond me. You cannot sanitize and clean something when there is still wildlife stuck in the vent/ducts. I had to have another person come to my home and remove the live bird and dead birds. Our entire vent hood is now trashed as it's full of bird droppings and the ducts are covered in bird droppings as well.

Their so-called fine print is at the very bottom of the scheduling email in the lightest gray font possible and their "satisfaction guarantee" refund of $50 is a joke. I'll be posting on all social media platforms and providing all of these details to my neighbors that have used their "services" and will never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Codey was on time and did a great job. He explained what we needed to keep our system safe. Codey was very polite.

Michael did a great job under less than great conditions in our attic. Nice to have clean new & safe ductwork.

Michael was great to work with! Very professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. Something that really stood out to me and my husband was he put shoe booties over his shoes when he had to walk on our floors. Most contractors we have worked with recently do not do this.

This was our first time working with The Dryer Vent Guys. Prior to our appointment they sent texts and emails with all the details, updates on arrival time, and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend them!

Michael did an excellent job explaining all of the issues on our dryer vent system. The inspection and cleaning service was worth the money knowing we have reduced the risk of fire and the peace of mind that brings. Will use them again.
