My building had a hot water heater blow on the week before Christmas. After a day of calling around and other companies sending salesmen who wanted to come back a month later, Project Plumbing showed up send us an estimate and said, "we can do it tomorrow."

And they did! On Christmas Eve we got a new water heater and shiny brass pipes installed. They did quality work, where other plumbers use pipe threads that rust and leak, Project Plumbing pressed and sealed everything properly.

Phillip Balderson at Project Plumbing has handled a number of plumbing projects for us over the years from fixing faucets and toilets to installing a new tankless water heater. We have always been very pleased with not only the high quality of his work but the responsiveness of the company in scheduling appointments. We highly recommend Project Plumbing and Phillip!

I have used Project Plumbing for a variety of services... toilet repair, sink issues, leak in tub. Each time I get quick, prompt service and the repair is done the same day. Was recommended by a friend. Project Plumbing was able to send someone out same day to inspect a water leak. Very nice and professional. Fortunately it wasn't too bad, so no serious repairs were needed, and even gave me tips on how to fix things DIY.

Having a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs living area is never pleasant, but I can truly say that dealing with Project Plumbing was a pleasure. They answer the phone and are easy to schedule with. Virgil, Korey and Ryan are on time, polite and professional. They knew right away what the issue was and knew that the faucet manufacturer would send free replacement parts to me (they did). Saving me money and time. Overall couldn’t have been more pleased. I’ve found a new plumber.

We have used Project Plumbing for jobs large and small and have found them punctual, reliable, and hard working. Our gas water heater failed and I called them yesterday at 8 am. I got a person not a recording, and she was responsive and helpful. Corey stopped by within an hour to assess. He is knowledgeable and courteous, and shifted some work around to get the job done sooner. Within 24 hours they were installing the new one (State ProLine). It looks solid – in fact it’s commercial grade with the same volume / BTUs as the previous one. The hot water came back quickly and we are happy with the results.

Project plumbing was my go-to company for plumbing providing a polite, responsive, service, however personnel has changed to included administrative staff. I called one day without an answer, later calling and setting up an appointment between 10-12. The appointment passed with a no-call, no-show. I called and left a message with no callback during business hours the following day requiring me to call and follow-up. Staffing, etc. were provided in response to my concerns and less than interested with my concern. While previously reliable, I do not feel the same today.

Having a reliable company for primary and rentals are paramount ensuring home and tenants are cared for in a timely manner.

Used Project Plumbing for a routine tankless water heater flush. Scheduling was easy, great communication throughout the process. Tech was on-time for the appointment, professional and friendly, in-and-out in a little over an hour. Would recommend to my neighbors and friends!

Whoa, I am so impressed with Project Plumbing. Used them to fix a leaky kitchen sink that was giving me a headache. My water heater broke. I called three different Plumbing companies Before I call project plumbing . When I called them I feel very comfortable. I talk to Mrs Stephanie. she is very professional and very kind she answered all my questions. Next day she send Mr. Corey. He was very professional as well. Very nice man. When he came over my house he try to save my water heater. To save me money But my water heater was too old . I was very pleased and comfortable working with project plumbing. Project Plumbing was on top of it! We sprung a leak in a really tight - hard - to reach place. They were able to get up inside the crawlspace (dark and scary) and found the pin-hole leak causing all the issues. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate on the spot and within a couple of hours it was all done! Thanks again PP! Well done!!
