Everyone was very responsive and highly professional. They moved some work around to get our water heater replaced quickly and took the time to answer all questions. The technicians on the day were very friendly and a joy to work with, I highly recommend this business.

Very professional and courteous. Reasonably priced and very responsive. I called at 4:45pm on a Tuesday. Plumber was at my home promptly at 8am Wed, repairs done by 10am. Will be using for all future plumbing needs.

I failed to communicate clearly a detail of project which was important to me. After work was completed I reached out to Virgil to discuss options. His response was quick and to the point - No worries. We can come out the next day and address the issue. Start to finish Project Plumbing is the best. Stephanie, Corey, Ryan and Virgil knocked it out of the ballpark again. This should tell you they emphasis customer satisfaction . Why would you call anyone else ?

This company was super responsive - they were able to provide a plumber the next morning following the day I called. The window of arrival was 8-10 a.m. and the plumber got to my house at 8:50. The office staff said they would call me to let me know when he was on his way, which they did. The plumber was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave a complete and understandable discussion of the problem and the options.

First when I called to make the appointment they had appointments within a day or two so I didn't have to wait. Cory initially came out to fix our drippy tub faucet and explained two different approaches. We decided to go ahead and replace the whole thing (valve and trim). Because this would take longer he called to check on his schedule to see if he was available to come back with another tech this week. They returned the next morning and finished it up in two hours. They were quick, efficient, covid safe, and most importantly polite! I would hire them again.

Stephanie provided excellent service from my first contact to my last. Came early within the window they allotted, called me and clearly explained the issue prior to repairing it, easy payment process, etc. Will be using them for my plumbing needs moving forward and highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Update: Project plumbing does okay plumbing work but incredibly difficult to work with if something goes wrong. I paid $450 to "rebuild" my shower. Invoice said it was tested and working. On my very first use, the handle broke. I had to call no less than 10 times. Left at least 5 voicemails and got no call back. Eventually they told me that I should buy the new part (that's what I would pay the plumber to do), which was incredibly difficult to find. Called a couple more times and left more voicemails and they never returned my calls. I finally fixed the shower handle myself and then realized that the shower doesn't even work properly (you can spin the handle both left or right to turn on water), apparently that had been "tested" as well. Didn't even bother calling about that. They got their money and never seemed to care that the shower they supposedly fixed didn't work. Won't be using again.

Original Review: Lifesavers! My kitchen sink was leaking behind the wall in my utility room. Project plumbing came out on one days notice, cut in to my wall and fixed the issue. I had another plumber out the day before and he said it was going to take a week to fix! Thanks to project plumbing, will be my plumber for as long as I'm in Richmond.

Had a burst drain pipe the night before Thanksgiving 2019. Left a text message at the office at 8:20 pm and by 8:30, Virgil Hicks phoned me to find out about the problem. Virgil was at our house on Friday to fix the problem. Project Plumbing has been a long-time provider for us and I cannot recommend their services more highly. Always on time, very cordial, and always leave things cleaner than when they arrive.

Virgil and his team were great! They ran the plumbing for our newly located washing machine and the work looks amazing. They are professional, timely, and tidy! Highly recommend Project Plumbing!

Project Plumbing came out to do the annual mainteance on my tankless hot water heater recently, something I recently learned should be done on an annual basis. They did a great job performing the maintenance, and were patient with me as I asked a million questions. They also took care of an issue in my master bath sinks with low water pressure.
