After going to numerous Lowe's and home depot's and not finding what i needed i was referred to this establishment for a connection piece for my Kitchen sink. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. Richmond Plumbing specialist has everything you could possibly think of for your plumbing needs.

I recently needed to repair my shower diverter. After unsuccessful trips to the big home improvement stores, I decided to stop by this shop with the faulty part. The associate identified the replacement part needed within (not kidding) one second of looking at it. He also set me up with other supplies needed to complete the job, all for a fair price.

Sure enough I get home, everything fits great, and my shower works like it’s brand new. I’ll never go anywhere else for any plumbing repairs that come up. Thank you!

This is the place to go if you own an older (1987) home that occasionally requires plumbing replacement parts. With minimal plumbing skills, I have been able to fix an assortment plumbing issues from squirting water, dripping shower heads, broken toilet handles, etc. The biggest obstacle I had was locating the parts until I found Richmond Plumbing Specialties. They are my go to place for spot on customer service and parts.

This place is amazing if there's anything you can't find they already have it in stock just stop by.

What a wonderful business! An employee disassembled a bathroom center-set faucet and replaced the defective parts while I waited. I will not be shopping anywhere else for plumbing supplies.

Had a drain clog in the sewer out causing the whole house to back up, and they were able to come within 30 mins to fix it. Worked quickly and professionally to get the job done, and even gave me plumbing tips. Would highly recommend!

We had a toilet that would not stop running . I tried to fix it myself but I couldn’t get it fixed. I called Anytime and they were at my house within one hour. They fixed my toilet at a fair price.

My wife and I woke up to a flooded basement on a Sunday morning. We had no idea who to turn to for a solution. We have dealt with a variety of other plumbing companies, and have always felt we were taken advantage of, especially during the weekend hours. We have been taken to the bank by companies like Michael and Sons and Roto-Rooter. This time we tried to find a more cost effective solution, and we found it with Anytime Plumbing. I made one phone call, which was answered immediately by a courteous and knowledgeable professional. After assessing my situation - they dispatched a courteous, knowledgeable plumber who arrived in less than an hour. They diagnosed the problem in a timely fashion, and fixed the problem in under two hours. They completed the repairs for less than half of what I expected to pay. I have found my plumber for life. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

We experienced a leaking toilet shutoff valve the day before we planned to go on vacation. I called Anytime Plumbing about 8 AM and spoke with the manager, Illya. By 9:30, Dana had arrived. He was friendly, professional, and immediately set about fixing the leaking valve as well as the underlying reason that caused me to fiddle with the valve in the first place. The cost was more than reasonable. That prompt response and professional service is hard to find these days. I very much appreciate what they did. I have a bathroom sink that had been slow draining for many years, and last couple days was not draining at all. My attempts to unclog were unsuccessful and frustrating. Anytime Plumbing was able to come out next day at a fair price and completely cleaned out the entire length of the drain pipe in about 20 minutes, then made sure the piping was restored and tightly sealed after finishing. I also had them replace seals in my kitchen sink faucet while they were available. I'm very happy and will use them again.

Moved into a new house and realized on day 2 that the seller left us with a clogged drain. After the toilet backed up into the tub and the pipe started leaking in the basement, we called Anytime. Dana showed up within the hour (on a Saturday!), fixed the problem and left our bathroom as clean (or cleaner) than he found it. He also took the time to explain to us what he was doing and what to watch for in the future, and as new homeowners this was much appreciated! Fast response and excellent service. Would absolutely use them again.

I'm a first time customer and had a slow running water issue in my kitchen sink this morning. I panicked. I called them and the man explained and instructed me on what to do and it worked. 12/3/2024 Once again Anytime Plumbing came thru for me. They showed up before my appointment time which worked out for me. They explained what needed to be done and went to work. If you're looking for fast service and quality work give them a call.

I was very please with anytime plumbing. Dana was very professional and he installed my garbage disposal in no time. No mess left behind. I like that they tell you the part to buy to save customers money and they will only charge for installation. Will use this company again.
