H2O Pro Plumbing came out to replace my old hot water heater that went bad. When initially reaching out to them, they responded back very quickly. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable while installing a new replacement. The guys were extremely cautious in protecting my home from damages during the repair. I highly recommend this plumbing company and would use them again. Without hesitation, I totally give Jason, Omar and Christian 5-Star ratings for a job well done…!! Kudos from a happy camper…!!

Kristian did an outstanding job with my tankless water heater installation. He was able to throw in a discount as well. I appreciate him and his partner (I believe his name is Josh...) taking the time to ensure that the installation was done right. Both were very professional, and did an amazing job!!

Let me start by saying I’m big on first impressions!
The two gentlemen Kevin and Wayne from H20 pro were very kind , relatable , and very knowledgeable! They had our issue found and resolved fully within two hours, if that ! They had supplies and were ready to work as soon as we gave the okay ! Prices were fair especially for the last minute task I threw at them lol
They helped us prepare for a winter storm that was coming and we’re really there for us ! I HIGHLY recommend this small business to anyone for plumbing needs ! They’re newer to the area and really came through and impressed ! They were also very kind with my dog as well, our pup approved as well ! CHECK THEM OUT !

I would have never been able to do a do-it-yourself project, (dripping faucet and nagging wife) on an American Standard semi-professional PECO faucet without the help of the guys behind the counter at Richmond plumbing specialties.

I spent months looking around at specialty plumbing stores for the right tub spout I needed. It really got so bad I was considering tearing out my tub to redo the copper piping thinking it might be less effort.

Thankfully I tried here first on a recommendation. Most places I went to just looked at the spout I had and said "Wow- that's weird" and were completely at a loss. I walked into Plumbing Supplies and told the man at the counter what I was looking for, about to show him the spout since I figured he wouldn't believe me.

To my surprise he didn't even look at the spout, just walked over to a shelf and pulled off the EXACT spout I needed. I admit I paid and walked out a little slack jawed at how simple the whole transaction had been. I'm not kidding when I said this was a months long adventure of internet search, and lots of returns because no one had what I needed.

Should have gone there first...
