Khalil and his partner came out to replace three fill valves in our toilets. Easy to schedule, got in quickly, and even called to let me know they were able to come earlier if I was available. Free estimate and was able to do the work immediately. Extremely courteous, professional and immaculate work. I now have our go-to plumbing company and can't recommend them enough!

They showed up early, were professional from beginning to end, got the job done for the quoted price and kept me updated. You literally cannot ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I needed a water line hooked up to my refrigerator so I could use the icemaker and water feature. I had went to The Plumbing Officials for a previous job and decided to use them again because their work is good, and again, they did not disappoint.

Plumbing Officials reps Khalil & Zak do great work. A sewage backup & a clogged floor drain turned my basement into a sewer swamp and these gentlemen were at my house shortly after being called and fixed everything for me. These are my go-to plumbers!

I've reached out to The Plumbing Officials twice now, and had a great experience both times. The first time was over the winter, and the plumber (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was so helpful and was able to recommend an easy fix that didn't require their support. That really stuck with me. I appreciate a company that puts the customer first like that.

Fast forward to this weekend when I had a significant issue with my shower. Joe showed up exactly when they said he would, and was very patient with me in talking through various options to fix the situation. They did a great job, and I was very grateful to be able to have a hot shower this morning.

Had a leaky pipe in a hard-to-access crawl space and Joseph fit me in before his quoted time and took care of the problem quickly. He also had a high level of expertise in diagnosing potential future issues and overall was a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with the plumbing officials was absolutely amazing. Joe, who we worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new custom shower installed because the old one was falling apart and wasn't installed properly by the previous homeowners. Joe guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he ensured that all the work was permitted.

Unfortunately, we were still experiencing backups in the shower even after the new plumbing was installed. Joe discovered that the old cast iron coming into the house was completely rotten, which was causing the backup. Joe and his team promptly returned and fixed the issue. After a few weeks of hard work, we are finally up and running. Joe and the team at the plumbing officials are truly professional, and their pricing is extremely fair. They have earned our trust and are now our go-to plumbers.

Pipe burst and flooded my bathroom. Had to shut off the water to the whole house. Called them in the morning and by noon Khalil and company came to assess and repair it. Honest work at a good price, highly recommend them!

He acknowledged that my calls had simply fallen through the cracks and he was going to do whatever it took to correct my disappointment. How great is that! Charged $195 to turn up the thermostat on my water heater. Chalked it up to education.
Charged $500 to snake a drain. Chalked it up to post-COVID “crazyflation.”
Nice guys so asked them to install outdoor shower before patio is laid. They told me to call two weeks prior to installation. I’ve called three times, have spoken to a lovely person each time, yet have never received a return call. Patio being installed tomorrow. Too late for shower. If you didn’t want the job you should’ve just said so. Shame on you.

Joe and Zack quickly took care of my plumbing issues (within 3 days of calling for a non-emergency situation) at a fair price and expert execution. Highly recommend. We had a plumbing emergency just a few days before Christmas. We called the plumbing officials and originally they said they might be able to get someone out in the afternoon. A little while later, they called back and said a plumber was on his way, which was awesome news. Our plumber‘s name Is Khalil and he was wonderful! Our plumbing problem was not as complicated or as expensive as we feared. Khalil solved the problem quickly, and actually took care of an extra thing in one of the bathrooms. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and very kind. We really appreciated the excellent service and the reasonable price. highly recommend this plumber!

These guys are absolutely wonderful. We had a pipe freeze and burst last night. Within 30 minutes The Plumbing Officials were at our house. The issue was fixed within an hour. The pricing for an after hours emergency was incredibly fair. They provided a detailed invoice with photos. A+. These guys are going to be my go-to for future emergencies (god forbid) and planned projects.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I now have a brand new water heater installed in a pan that will direct leaks outside. This was a very positive experience from setting up the appointment to the actual work. I highly recommend H2O Pro for your plumbing needs.

We had a leak in a PVC pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets. Jim used a camera to locate the exact location of the leak, avoiding any need to remove cabinets and cut into the wall to find it. He and his partner fixed the leak within a few hours and were incredibly friendly and professional throughout.

I would unequivocally give this company 10 stars if this platform would let me! We woke up to a busted water main line at our house this morning. My husband and son tried to fix it, but couldn’t so at 3 pm we called around and H2O plumbing was the only one willing to move some things around on their schedule to get Bobby out to take a look at our situation. Bobby did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and was even willing to stay well past dark to make sure we had water running back to the house. All of that for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Bobby! If you have a plumbing issue, these are the people to call!

Amazing experience! I called the day before Thanksgiving with an emergency kitchen sink clogged drain and they arrived within an hour. Everything was fixed quickly, Josh was very professional and explained every step of the repair process. Highlt reccomended!!!!

We were able to schedule an appointment for a leaky toilet for the next day. Our tech, Jason, showed up on time and identified the problem and told us what needed to be done as well as the cost, which was very reasonable.
