We have been using Smith Co Plumbing for a couple of years for any issues and general maintenance checkups. They always provide great service - very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The original work was to fix oddly configured kitchen sink/garbage disposal pipes put in by a previous contractor. Since then, they have been our go-to for any plumbing needs.

Had a pipe burst in our house with the recent cold streak. Called Aaron Smith and his guys had the issue fixed up in no time flat! Speedy service, great price, and an all around great company to work with on any future plumbing needs.

Excellent work by theses guys. My review is a little late but I wanted to highlight the quick, accurate and personable approach that these guys offer.

For insight, they came out to supply water and septic solutions for our RV on our families land. Aaron and team, came out and quickly secured water and engineered some solutions for the black and grey water tanks to feed directly into a septic system. The work was fast, the team all showed hustle to get the job done and the system has worked with no challenges since the instal.

I am so thankful that we found The Plumbing Officials! After getting a variety of estimates, Joe and his crew were not only the most affordable, but also had the best communication and were able to expedite the whole process. Joe came out for an estimate at 6am before another job, because that was the only time I could be home. He took time to explain things, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Then, he was able to get a permit approved in 1 day, when other companies had estimated 3 weeks. When it looked like we might be dealing with rainy weather, he was very communicative of a plan A and plan B of how to proceed. There were no hidden costs or fees, he was always on time, and his crew was very professional. I am so glad we found Joe and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Absolutely the best! Mr Ellis is very knowledgeable of his craft. He installed two waterless gas tanks and was informative every step of the way. He brought piping issues to my attention that he incurred and corrected the plumbing job done many years ago. Mr Ellis worked from 9am -3:30 am the next day. He returned later the same day to complete the work. Unheard of these days. TPO is a keeper. His price was fair and professionalism by all was exceptional. Job well done!

I had a leaking valve and faucet on my kitchen sink. I called and left a message and they called back within an hour and put me on the schedule the very next business day. The technicians that came out were very professional and were straightforward with what needed to be done. The arrived earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call before and were finished the job in under 2 hours. The cost was reasonable and affordable and they don't charge you for coming out to just look at it for a quote. I will use them for any other plumbing needs and will recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend Joe and his team. Scheduling was easy and I received prompt communication throughout the whole process. Joe was able to quickly determine what the issue was and gave me a few different repair options to consider. He was able to schedule an entire day to fix the issue just two days later and it was completed successfully. Great service, Joe was able to explain how things worked to me who has no clue how anything plumbing related works. They were able to come at a later hour to fix the immediate problem then returned later to replace our pipes. They did excellent work and I am very grateful to them!

Wow. Where do I start. Miracles after miracles

I called on The Plumbing Officials for a water leak. They promptly came out and not only fixed the problem but replaced my entire bathroom and installed a shower in a half bath that did not have one. I mean like created me a full bathroom. Their creativity surpassed my expectations. Not only was it phenomenal but it was done very quickly. I will definitely be using The Plumbing Officials for my future plumbing needs. My dream bathroom with No plumbing short cuts! Thank you TPO!!!

We had our main water line bust near the meter leaving my house without water. Called these guys later in the day and they were at my house within 45 minutes to handle the situation when every other company quoted us a weeks wait. Great company with a lot of great guys.
