We've had Aaron and his team over to our house several times to snake lines - replace pipes, replace toilet seals, old sinks, sink baskets, remove garbage disposals, dishwashers and make new lines! Aaron will make sure you are satisfied with their job!

There was a water leak in my crawlspace. Smith Plumbing came out and fixed the problem the same day I called. What a relief to the get this issue resolved in a very timely madder. With this kind of service, I called Smith Plumbing with a toilet install. I was not disappointed. Smith Plumbing does TIMELY and QUALITY work.

5 stars is not enough for this company, i'd give 10 if I could! Everyone who works there is very well trained and very proffesional. They are a small company so you really feel like you matter and arn't just another house or work ticket to them. I am a service manager for an apartment complex and have worked at various locations and used various plumbers, stemmle, robinson etc. None of them come close to Smith Co. Plumbing. Aaron(Owner/Operator) always answers my phone calls or txt messages right away, he is very polite, very well mannered and overall a great person to do bussiness with. They have been my only plumber for the last 3-4 years. I have given them various jobs from installing water heaters, snaking drains, installing shower set ups, mounting toilets, etc. They never disappoint and always do exceptional work. There is nothing I have throw at them that they could not handle or fix. Unlike the big companies they dont lie to you. Ive seen many places try to get over on someone just to make a quick buck and sell them something they dont need. This has never been the case with Smith Co. They are very upfront, very trustworthy and very reliable. Prices are very reasonable, and they are always on time. If they cant get to you that day they are always there the following day. I recently had a water heater go bad on a friday and Aaron came in on his day off the following day and did the install and it was phenomenal. I have never had to call him back to check work behind his employees or have him come back and repair something that wasnt done properly the first time. Smith Co. Plumbing always leaves the place looking better than it was when they arrived. They clean up after themselves and also clean up any water spilled or lost. There is not enough space for me to say how truly great this company and owner are to work with. Highly reccommend the use of this company, they get all my bussiness residential and commercial. Hands down best company in Virginia.

I will never call another plumber. They came out quickly to assess what was going on, helped me identify a couple different options, and then when it was time to do the work, Wyatt and Niam were on time, fast, and extremely courteous. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

First off, they ran late getting here but what was wonderful is they called to let me know! So many other companies don't do that!! The gentlemen were knowledgeable and honest. They were professional and friendly. I'd recommend them in a heart beat!
