Dave and team performed a repair on my sewer line which was clogged, damaged, and backing up. The team was everything you hope for in a situation like this - punctual, understanding, VERY courteous, and honest. When we realized that part of the work I had already agreed to was not needed they did not do it, they were flexible and fair.
This team was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others.

M A Williams was asked to come out and find/fix a washer leak as well as fix commode that would not fill. The technician was nice enough however the first time a tech. came out they were three days early. When a tech did come on the schedule day he was 45 minutes late. This appointment had a 2-hour window. The technician spent most of the time in his van. He never found the leak for the washer. Charged an outrageous price for a valve as well as wanting to cut and reroute hoses and valves that had nothing to do with the issue. Service manager was no help when called. Will not call them again!

UPDATE: I've used M.A. Williams plumbers twice now and they do excellent work!
ORIGINAL: I am giving M.A. Williams plumbing a 5 star rating for their honesty. After a home inspection in 2014, we were told that pipes needed replaced and another company told us this would be a $5,000 job. We got a second opinion from M.A. Williams, who told us those pipes that needed replaced were not in service! For a small fee, they wrote us a document to provide the inspector so we could meet code requirements. Even though we didn't have work done that time, I will call them again because of their honesty.

I wanted to share my experience with M. A. William. I highly recommend their services. I found them to be fast, informative, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, from their staff to their technicians.

Had this company come out twice to help with a slow drain. Was charged over $1000 and they could not fix the problem. During the first visit, the service men incorrectly determined that the drain went to the septic tank. To try to save what would have been an additional $250 charge, I dug up my own septic tank. Only after the second visit did they determine that the drain did not go to the septic tank. Shouldn't a licensed plumber know this? I was still charged for the prior visit and the wrong information. Additionally, I feel that the additional charge for the second visit was unreasonable given that they were unsuccessful in fixing the issue. After providing this information to the customer service person, I never heard back from the company. Definitely will not use in the future.

Seems like a great company, however, I can’t give them a positive review since we live at 404 rivertowne apartments. They have had to come out over seven times in the last month to work on our hot water heater. We have had hot water issues since August 2023. And this is the company they have been using.

My technician, Mike, came out to service my unit within an hour of my call for service. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as well as honest. M. A. Williams will definitely get my business if I ever need help again. Also, their customer service department gets five stars as well.

Keith was very professional, polite, listened and explained the process. Gave up front quote. Shared what he found and completed the job. Great experience and put me at ease.

This company is truly a blessing they always pull through. I’ve used them many times and have been so happy with the results and kept within my budget. I had an emergency leak and they were able to send someone out a few hours later. Chris came to our rescue and we are so grateful he went into detail of the problem and was able to fix it for us. I definitely recommend for all your plumbing needs!

My experience with this group is that they are fantastic. I had a clogged bathtub drain for years and (at the advice of the most recent plumber that visited from a different company) was about to have sections of the wall/ceiling removed in the attempt to access the pipe. Randy was both very knowledgeable and professional, and after he got the pipe partway open, his supervisor Keith came over with additional equipment and they completely fixed it. They were at my house for hours working on this, and patiently also explained what they were doing and why to my elderly father (I was not home). These guys don't advertise like the other bigger groups in town but the crew that to my house today was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Came out day after Christmas on short notice to fix a garbage disposal issue. Plumber Keith was friendly and helpful in explaining the problem. Very happy with the service quality and communication, and the overall cost was completely reasonable.

Brooks came out this morning and unclogged the drain to the washing machine. He did a great job and gave me some additional recommendations that I had asked about. Reasonably priced!! I would recommend M.A. Williams for the job!!

The technician, who serviced my sewer line, was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was a problem solver and explained every detail as he proceeded.
