We had a great experience when our HVAC went out. They explained our options professionally and were able to do a next day install! Financing options were great as this was an unexpected expense for us. The crew came out the next day and did a great job. I could tell that they cared about getting this job done right and took time of quality over quantity of just trying to get it done fast. It was a rainy and muddy day the crew was very courteous and diligent to not make a mess. Very respectful operation from sales to the install. Thanks for helping us in our time of need. Also the sales was able to help guide us with an old home warranty that we were able to get $637 out of to help offset this major expense. Great business!

I had a great experience with Nucklos Plumbing and installing our tank less water heater last week. Installation was done in a day and the system works great. Stephen was the installer along with an apprentice. I chose Nuckols because of their reputation and experience putting him Navien systems. Their estimate and pricing was clear to understand.

My 55+ community was having multiple sewer issues caused by tree roots and the HOA board negotiated a discounted price with Nuckols Plumbing to do an assessment. The company reps came timely. They were knowledgeable and professional. They wasted no time doing their job and soon discovered the problem in my sewer line. They reported their findings to me and the board and identified who was responsible for fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Was able to accommodate my emergency tout suite! Plumber sent text message to alert me he was on his way (much appreciated!). Plumber was courteous and an expert. He knew his trade, fixed my problem, and advised on some needed upgrades, which I have agreed to have Nuckols perform.
Nuckols returned two days later to do the upgrades. Excellent work! Plumbers Steve F and Grant M were thorough and did all of the negotiated upgrades exactly as were discussed. When the work was completed, they walked through everything with me, explained everything they did and made sure all was to my specifications.
Price was fair, payment easy and quickly acknowledged (again, much appreciated). For future needs, I will definitely call Nuckols!

The above was my first service call. This my second one. Nuckols replaced two outside faucets, fixing the leaks, and reinforcing the mountings. Excellent work plus sound advice for care in upcoming winter season. Kudos to Steve and the Richmond Nuckols crew.

This now is my third service call ( yes, I'm a repeat customer). This time my toilet flush mechanism was acting up. I called, Nuckols came the next day, replaced the mechanism. Solid, professional work. I highly recommend Nuckols!

After many many appointments checking out our water heaters with our plumber we’d been with for years, we decided to get a second opinion with Nuckols Plumbing before replacing our almost brand new water heaters (as directed by previous company.)
Nuckols came in swiftly, immediately identified and diagnosed an issue, ordered the missing part, and gave us extremely clear explanations that we could all understand. They saved us from replacing 2 commercial water heaters and instead fixed the problem immediately. Not only that, but the fix has held and they were very kind and communicative with our support staff and leadership. What took multiple appointments for another company to figure out, took them 1 visit. Cutting corners is NOT their thing that’s for sure! We are so thrilled with our experience and look forward to working with them in the future for plumbing maintenance we come across. They are great!!

I've used them a few times. Every experience has been great. They've replaced a toilet, replaced the hose bibs, and done some work in one of our showers. They show up on time and do quality work.

This is Richmond's best plumbing contractor, I use them professionally and personally and the quality and service is second to none. They are competitive in pricing but their service quality is far superior.

Repaired the Laundry Service and Recently installed a new Shower (the Middle Photo below)..
They show up on time, coordinate their work with us and complete their work on schedule and within the scheduled contract amount, in addition to doing a good job,
