Keith & Michael came to my house to access the 'moldy smell' coming from one of my kitchen cabinets. It turned out to be a cracked fitting in my crawlspace. They got in there with the sewage puddle and fixed everything. First rate job. They went a few extra steps to be sure that my leak was fixed and my home was in sound condition before they left. I strongly recommend Carroll Plumbing.

Carroll cleaned our ducts and dryer vent. They did a fantastic job. We recently bought a house that had a strong musty dog odor. When we looked at our filters they were filthy. Called Carroll heating and plumbing and they said we would benefit from cleaning our ducts. They also cleaned our dryer vent and replaced part of the tubing. They were amazing, super professional and Phil was excellent to work with. Will definitely be contacting them for any of our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Sarah and Wannette are great! Very knowledgeable and helpful! They have off street parking. An appointment is recommended but not necessary. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We scheduled an appt with FH Furr, then they canceled on us last minute. 2:20pm I called over 20 businesses until I got a hold of Nuckols Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. They were able to squeeze us in the same day. Bernard came in on his way home and fixed our AC. I would say we might’ve gotten lucky with the same day service, but if you had to wait they’re definitely not going to disappoint. Excellent communication, great customer service, and great price as well. Very pleased with my experience.

We keep coming back to Nuckols for plumbing and hvac work. They’re helpful and communicative, taking the time to explain things and weigh options while accounting for cost. They’ve even referred us to a former employee who started his own business when our AC broke around July 4th, days before we were going out of town, and they were booked up till after we’d leave. Today Dan P. fixed our upstairs bathroom sink which had a drip and a leak, and he was great. Professional, pleasant, informative, and even arrived early (after confirming that was okay of course😁).

I am sending this review on my sisters phone because both of us are of the same opinion re Nuckols. She is currently under Hospice care and unable to use her phone.
This is the second time Albert( technician) has been at her home and we have had the same incredible experience both times. He is knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Where do you find a plumbing service that employs people who get straight to the problem and actually express care for the home owners??
Albert deserves 10 stars and Nuckols for employing such a great technician.

We live in Ohio but my sister who resides in Virginia has been with us for the past week. She suffers with cancer and had an appointment at Cleveland Clinic. We were told her home was flooded.. water going everywhere. My sister asked me to call Nuckols of which I did and they were out immediately. Albert and his helper worked tirelessly to find the leak. We received pictures of the water damage and noted the incredible work that they did in going into the walls to find the leak. We spoke with Albert who took the time to explain in detail that they found the problem. My nieces boyfriend had disconnected some hoses behind the washer and did not reconnect them properly. We have talked with Nuckols since and they have been beyond fabulous in working with us. I only wish we had a Nuckols here in Akron Ohio!! If it was possible I would give them 10 stars!

Extremely rude staff! This one almost collided with me in the parking lot of Home Depot! Then drove behind me like a madman, just to swerve around me and give me the finger.

From beginning to end I was so pleased with the service provided. After having been told it would be two weeks from the first plumbing company recommended to me I looked online and found Nuckols. They had many good reviews so I took a shot! Our kitchen sink was backed up. I couldn’t believe it when they had availability the next day. That could be good and/or bad but it was all good. Dan P. Was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Worrying that the back up could be the worse case scenario , Dan went under the house (ugh) and cleaned the drain out. Second time was a charm and I so thankful he tried it one more time instead of just telling us we needed some huge repair that would have been unnecessary. We are so happy with the service and recommend them highly. Thanks Dan and Nuckols.

Remove a malfunctioning Flo water monitor & shutoff device and install a replacement Flo device. The plumber know exactly what to do and the swap took place without incident.

Made an appointment with Nuckols yesterday because our AC wasn’t cooling our home as much as we’d like. They came out the very next morning. Austin, their technician, was polite, efficient, and very professional with his work. He showed pictures of our unit and gave us verification that our unit was working well for the square foot of our home, which was a relief for us. He offered to have us preorder to check how our heat was working once the weather cooled down, but we declined at this time. Very good service and will be getting our HVAC services performed by Nuckols again.
