We used Smith Co. Plumbing and were very satisfied with the work that was done. We contacted about coming out to our home to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and determined that it couldn’t wait. He was able to repair and replace the plumbing that needed it. The work was quality and reasonably priced. We would use them again and recommend to others.

My wife informed me the washing machine was backing up on the floor and the kitchen sinks wouldn't drain. Upon calling several companies; Brandon a technician with Smith Plumbing, called me back quickly saying he could be there in an hour. The questions he asked and the way he approached the problem I knew I was in good hands. He worked on the drains even going on the roof to clean the vents. After fixing the problem he ran the sinks and washing machine at the same time to make sure everything was okay. I can't describe how professional Brandon and Smith Plumbing are.

Brandon and Zack spent the last two days replacing all the water lines in my house. They were on time, worked super hard, treated my home with respect, and even loved on my dog. When the project was finished, they tested everything thoroughly. Throughout the process they communicated their process in real-time. Smith Co plumbing is without a doubt my go-to plumber from now on. Thanks, Brandon and Zack!

It's hard to find reliable and honest plumbers these days, but Smith Co Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Having this company on site was the worst experience I have ever had with plumbers and electricians. They were constantly leaving the project in an unsightly manner and they were rude about it. For instance they filled a bathtub box with drywall scraps and other trash and left it on the front sidewalk for weeks and let it disintegrate in the rain. When asked about it they said “not my problem.” Their work vans constantly left nails and screws in the street leading to multiple popped tires. When speaking with the people on site or anyone on the phone they were completely unprofessional, yelling and swearing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommend Smitchco plumbing. Sean and Nevin did a splendid job fixing my clogged sink and replacing the wax ring on a leaky toilet. I appreciate Sean letting me watch and ask questions so I could gain some knowledge of something I know nothing about.

Brandon did a great job with the plumbing work at our house. He was very responsive and helped fix all items that needed addressing. He did a great job explaining the work that had been done and arrived to our house ahead of schedule and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Brandon and Smith Co. to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home.

9/21/25: Since I wrote the review below; the company rescinded the amount they charged me. No one from the company returned my phone call within 24 hrs. Since I was as out of town the following day, It took 48 hrs before I was able to speak to anyone from the company. When it took longer than 8 business hrs for anyone to return my call, I called another company. However, Smith would have worked with me after we finally talked 48 hrs latter, I believe. However, In plumbing, to not to return phone calls within 8 business hours, Presents a problem in itself. I am appreciative they in essence refunded our money.

I have been disappointed with the service call. We were having issues with our instant hot. They cleaned the screen ,were in our house for less than 5 min. Charged us $200 for a service call which
and 1 week later we still have the exact same issue with the instant hot. Every time I’ve called, there is no one answering the phones & it takes more than one business day to return the call despite being told they are open 24 hrs.a day. What good is that if it takes 24 hrs or more to return a call? And my instant hot has been unusable for over 2 weeks. I waited for them to return my call & then the co arrived c. a week later only to have had them Not fix the problem & after a week am waiting for a call back. It took over 8 business hrs for a return call- 24 hrs . I am disappointed with their service. I thought the technicians were cocky. It turned out It looks like I was correct in that assessment. The price is overpriced if you pay them & the problem is not fixed- no matter what u pay. A waste of time & money.

I decided to install a new toilet instead of having the toilet repaired. I had a great experience! Wyatt was very professional and personable! I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that was with him, but he was a nice guy as well! Great job guys!

What a great company. They responded very quickly and were professional and efficient. My problem ended up being a septic tank issue which they couldn't fix but they went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and were able to fix another plumbing issue while they were here. Quadell was fantastic and so kind. Just the type of professional that puts a business in the best light possible. I didn't get the other gentlemans name but he was equally fantastic.
