Wayne did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and how he was fixing it. He worked efficiently, was respectful of our home, and made sure everything was done correctly before he left. It’s hard to find service this reliable, and I would absolutely recommend Wayne to anyone needing a plumber!

Great experience with H2O! Bobby and Kevin came and fixed our toilet leaking in a timely, professional manner and got it fixed in no time. Bobby with H2O Pro really came through for us. Not only did he provide friendly, efficient service in regards to the job we'd called him out for, he also went above and beyond when we mentioned some other general issues we've been having with the pipes in the building. He offered some problem-solving suggestions of ways those issues could be reduced, with multiple options and price points for us to think over. We appreciated being able to talk through different options for our budget. Service was also scheduled quickly and easily and admin side was helpful and friendly. Would recommend using H2O Pro for any small business plumbing needs!

Jason was great! Very polite and professional young man. And you may want to be sitting down when I say this, Jason showed up about ten minutes early! He did a great job getting to the bottom of my plumbing problem. He was very respectful of my home, of which I greatly appreciate. His company should be proud of him because he did a great job in suggesting other ways that H20 PRO can service my home. I wouldn't call it upselling, more like good suggestions to service future needs I might encounter. And on top of all the great service, and considering the amount of work that Jason did, the bill was quite fair. I mean, really, could I ask for anything more?

We had an issue with our plumbing on a saturday night and Tim and Bobby were able to come out and diagnose the issue quickly. They took the time to explain the issue and the different options that I had. After deciding which option was best, they quickly repaired the issue and got everything working again. They followed up with additional options that we could take to ensure the issue did not come up in the future. They were friendly, kind and considerate- highly recommend!

Had a great experience with H2O Pro when a bunch of pipes under my house burst. My rental company called them & Bobby was able to get here quickly despite the late hour. Fixed my water right up in a professional and friendly manner. Would highly recommend these guys!

THE nicest guys in plumbing. Also the most thorough- truly gentlemen, every employee introduced themself to me on the job. You just don’t get this kind of customer service in this industry from my experience. White glove service is the only way to describe it. Bobby and his partner are the only people I will allow to work on the plumbing in my home. Full stop. They were kind, courteous, and professional but still super down to earth. I can’t speak on the pricing because I rent this home but I’m sure it was worth every penny. Whoever works the main phones is super nice and courteous too! Great service all around!

josh and matt are honestly amazing. their personalities are so genuine and easy to be around, and it was really nice getting to meet them and talk with them. they’re both so professional, helpful, and positive, and you can tell they actually care about the people they interact with and the work they do. they have that kind of energy that just makes you feel comfortable right away, and it really reflects well on the team and the company. we seriously need more people like them in the world—kind, hardworking, friendly, and just all around great humans. 11/10 for them both!

Timely, communicative, respectful, listen to the issues even when I didn’t know the terminology, understanding, very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. On 12/1 Wayne Gross and Bobby called to ask if it was okay if they came earlier than expected. They were nothing short of amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Wayne talked me through a lot of my questions and provided answers and preventative solutions. The quote they provided was communicated well in advance so there were no surprises and I the work was completed effectively well beyond my expectations for time. Wayne got in and gutted and returned my systems to better than before! I observed from a distance but the team tackled the task so effortlessly that I texted a few friends recommending them to H2O Pro Plumbing. Had a great experience with H2O this week for a frozen pipe. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone, and set things up smoothly. Bobby and Kevin came out within the hour, were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They fixed the issue quickly, kept costs reasonable, and gave us helpful tips on how to avoid the problem going forward. Will absolutely use them again!

We could not be happier with the work that Wayne and Kevin completed on our new home today. We needed our sump pump discharge rerouted, and they provided us with multiple options before we settled on a solution.
Wayne and Kevin were thorough and efficient and kept me updated throughout the job. They were so efficient that there was even time to replace the ball valve on our main water line. Wayne and Kevin were really friendly and very sweet with our 15-year old pup. We cannot recommend H2O Pro Plumbing enough and plan to use them for all of our future plumbing needs.
