This is my second time using Bloom Stump Removal. I am so impressed. Susan replied to my estimate request quickly and with fair pricing. She set a date and gave clear instructions for me. When the weather looked iffy, she updated me with rain dates. Communication is clear and reliable. The work is thorough and they are both so kind. They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate how easy they make this process. It is rare to find that these days!

Susan and Brian did a wonderful job they fit me in and got my stump taken care of with personalities to boot. They are grinding down the stump all the way below grade its amazing. I post the before below and will post after pictures when they are done. Super job by amazing folks.

Bloom was great to work with! Scheduling was easy and they took care of getting our utilities marked before the work day. We had one stump that was hard to access and they initially said they couldn't get their machine back there to dig it up. However, they sent a video of them digging it up with hand tools on the day of. They do great work for a great price and obviously take a lot of pride in it as well. Highly recommend!

As a contractor working within Richmond I’m always on the lookout for quality, capable services and workers. Susan and her husband with Bloom Stump Removal are just that outfit, providing a quality service with no surprises. Too many workers are put payment way ahead of the service, with the customer left with the risk of having poor service to deal with. Sadly there are more instances of inferior service at unreasonable prices. BLOOM STUMP REMOVAL IS NOT one of those businesses and IS THE GOOD ONE. I had them do a stump grinding on short notice, responding quickly to my call and they got the work done expertly, verifying it was complete to my satisfaction. Cannot say enough about this outfit! Only too bad they do not work in the other trades … would make contractors’ job so much easier.

I had Bloom Stump Removal take out a stump in my backyard today. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality! They were extremely careful of my property and surroundings; they were quick and efficient as well. They cleaned up meticulously; you couldn't tell they had even been here. I highly recommend them and will use them going forward.

It is rare these days to have any contractor or service provider do precisely everything they’re going to do when they say they will. This was perhaps the easiest company I've ever worked with for our house. We received an estimate within a few minutes of our request being submitted (at a very reasonable rate), the turnaround on services was fast, and they truly left the space better than they found it. Very efficient and professional work. They introduced themselves, completed the work quickly and cleaned up. In addition to grinding the stump, they removed 3 plants near the stump and replaced them after the removal process. Great work.

We had a great experience with the Bloom dream team (husband and wife - no outsourced contractors). Easiest landscaping service we've ever worked with - snap a couple pictures and send a text, get an immediate very competitive quote - even on a Sunday, book the service, Brian and Susan show up, take care of your yard, grind the stump (do a great job - see the photos), and text you when its complete! Great communication throughout the project. I've done a lot of this work myself in the past, renting equipment and chopping and hacking by hand - do yourself a favor, if you've got a stump to grind, get in touch with Bloom Stump Removal...you'll be glad you did!

These folks are great. They do what you ask on time, professionally and at a reasonable price. I have used them for 15+ years for everything from treating a sick tree to trimming tricky limbs over my house. I wouldn't have anyone else on my property.

True Timber is an excellent company to provide your tree care. They are arborists, They know the science of trees and they love trees. You feel comfortable and safe with all of their staff. We have worked with them for a variety of needs over many years. Richmond is fortunate to have such a wonderful resource.

My latest job involved two enormous, overgrown hollies. Lots of foliage, communication wires, and not that easy to access due to a fence.
It was no problem for this crew. They worked quickly and carefully, and the clean up was great.

From the initial evaluation of our red maple tree to the expert trimming it received, I couldn't be happier with their service. The whole team was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough -- they're really awesome people to work with. They left our property neat and clean, and our old tree looks great!

The guys came on time, they were courteous and did a great job! They cleaned up the job site when they were through. I would highly recommend them !!
