John Gobel is the best representative for Renewal by Andersen. He came and helped me design my windows and provided all the information I needed to move forward. I can’t wait for windows. He just a great person to do business with.

Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job on our window installation. They were efficient, neat, and courteous. Cleanup was done well with minimal scratches/debris. Windows/ windowsills/ screens were clean and in beautiful condition.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable.
He answered all of our questions in detail and was also able to help us work out an affordable monthly payment. Thanks again, Chris and can’t wait for the new door and windows!

Ryan schoening, design consultant from Renewel by Anderson Richmond VA Division came and inspected my home windows and took measurements. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and taught me alot of things I had not known about my home. He was very easy to understand and get along with very clean cut and a great attitude. Highly reccomend! My dogs got out of the pen and he even helped me track my dog down and carry her puppies back home! Seriously a wonderful person and I couldn't be happier with his service. Felt like an old friend was over for a visit , was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and he made sure I had no worries or questions upon leaving. Again I highly reccomend! I love my windows and would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson Central Virginia. I purchased 15 sliding windows, 2 sliding doors, and a front door for a large great room.. I didn't review immediately because I wanted to test drive them for potential issues.
1st Sales were knowledgeable and helped find the lowest price option with no hidden gimmick (like som unnamed companies). They also didn't pressure me into making an immediate on the spot decision knowing it is a big purchase. 2nd Scheduling install and actual install was efficient and clean with minimal distribution. My crew lead answered all my questions & walked me through the warranty. 3rd I needed a sliding door and window adjustment. The service call was answered quick and scheduling was easy and quick. I didn't have to wait weeks to get some out. The service technicians came on time and addressed the issue effectively. 4th To my surprise, I received a call on my 1 year mark for a routine maintenance check. I decided this was a good time to make a review because I had ample time to see if I was going to have any problems. Brandon K. was the technician and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Without having to ask, he took his shoes off to respect my space, which was greatly appreciated even though I don't require it on my farm. Brandon also shared something I wasn’t aware of to make cleaning simpler. He looked over thing to make sure they functioned as designed and looked at the overall instalation to make sure he didn’t notice anything that I may not have recognized as a issue (but everything was spot on). He made sure I was not only satisfied but that I was happy. My new windows and doors are noticed and complimented by almost everyone that comes over. The pricing and payment plan was outstanding for my budget. Most importantly the temperature efficiency in this great room with nothing but windows has improved 100 fold. I have had windows replaced in previous residences and by far this has been the best overall experience. They delivered on every aspect beyond expectations.

The windows look’s great and outside noise has decreased greatly. The installer Jonathan Ortega and team did a fantastic job installing windows and left the property clean and removed all the debris.

Michael was friendly, respectful and interested in finding out exactly what we wanted and expected so he could develop a door that depicted what we envisioned. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Renewal by Anderson company to include their history, product development, warranty information and financing options. We genuinely enjoyed working with Michael and feel confident we will receive the door of our dreams. I can’t wait to see it installed!

Absolutely LOVE the work done by Cathy Brooks and her crew! Brings in so much light and keeps our home so much warmer without even having the heat on! Met with the design consultant Ryan Schoening about a complete window replacement for our house…26 windows in all. Ryan was pleasant, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy the new windows. After careful consideration, we decided that this was the best product, the best company, and certainly the best design consultant. Would recommend Ryan for anyone looking to replace a few or many windows.

We had a great experience on our buying process with Renewal by Anderson (we haven’t had it installed yet, so we can only speak to the sales appointment.) Jerome was wonderful! We went into the appointment with our guard up, having experienced many sales pitches in the past and higher-pressure tactics. But Jerome quickly made our fears go away and gained our trust. He was great with our strange pets and kids grabbing our attention. We’re excited about the quality we will be getting, and very thankful for the integrity of a company that doesn’t push their sales people to make the experience stressful. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing experience with this company. We had Jerome as a sales person we had never had no idea what expect but he was warm and inviting and such a joy to work with. Matt Miller was excellent in his dealings with us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He ensured we had all the required documents had arrived in our email prior to his departure. His attention to detail definitely set him apart from his peers. Marvin and Anthony were Phenomenal! I was quoted an estimated 2 day install and the completed it in one. They were clean, efficient and as a remote worker, I was concerned about the disruption to my day. I worried for nothing,I was able to work with no problems at all! We would like to thank our installer crew @ Jonathan Ortega. They were very professional and courteous installing our new doors. They cleaned as they worked, and made sure not enough a piece of paper was on the ground. Would definitely have the Jonathan Ortega crew back for another job.

Chris Taylor was so informative, explaining the difference between Renewal product and vinyl. He took the time to show me the heat loss I was having with my old windows. He earned my trust and renewed my confidence in this company. I am a return customer and he made me feel that way. I am a widow and he treated me with respect, which I appreciated. Anderson is the way to go. Good warranty too. Looking forward to doing business with them.

Ronald Matheny from Renewal by Anderson was an awesome design consultant. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He was not pushy whatsoever and made us very comfortable with our window decision. We are excited to get new windows installed!

Dallas was a great sales person. Very personable, and knowledgeable about the product. She showed me several options of doors. l picked a gliding door with with retractable screens which l liked much better than the door l currently have. She answered all of my questions. It a very enjoyable experience.

The crew that came out to the house was very friendly & respectful. They worked quickly with quality workmanship. Protected our floors & cleaned up inside & outside before they left each day. They explained the operation of the new windows & doors that they installed. Hope to get the same crew when we get more windows replaced. We want to thank everyone we have had contact with from Renewal by Anderson (Richmond office) from the sales representative & the office staff who answered my questions & kept me posted as to when the window of the time the crew would come out & & another call when they were on their way.
