Constraction reviews in Smithfield, Virginia

We used Patrick this past year as our realtor and then again for an inspection. What I was most impressed with was his ability to communicate throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions, that was key for us. As first time homeowners we weren’t sure what to expect and were wonderfully surprised with how easy he made our experience. We’ll definitely be using Patrick again when we invest in a Arrowhead property. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Advantage Contracting Roofing for a roof replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, they demonstrated expertise and attention to detail. The new roof not only looks fantastic but has also proven to be sturdy and reliable. I highly recommend Advantage Contracting Roofing for their exceptional service and top-notch craftsmanship. Five stars without hesitation! Thank you Patrick for the excellent service.

Something struck my roof at some point in the past and with all rain, it started to leak into my house. Advantage Contracting was able to come out, assess, and quote me the very next day. Even better, they were available to fix it the following day. I'm more than pleased and will keep them in mind for all my future repairs. The gentlemen, Ethan C. that helped me with everything was phenomenal as well.

They did offer to come out the same day I called. It was my birthday and we had a big dinner set up so I declined. The leak was very slow and only when it was raining heavy.

Couldn't ask for a better contractor. I hired Advantage Contracting to replace my roof. I had the estimate the same day I called, and the crew was there to started a few days later. They arrived at 7 a.m. sharp as I was instructed they would, and they had the entire roof replaced by 4 p.m. I was very impressed to say the least. The crew laid out tarps around the house to help with clean up and left the area around the house looking nicer than they found it. You would never known they were there, if it wasn't for the brand new roof. I couldn't ask for much more. Thanks again Advantage Contracting Solutions!

Poor customer service experience. I tried to lodge a concern/complaint about damage done to our roof ajoining a roof they replaced, but my concern was not responded to during turnover of staff and now I am told there is no possible resolution.

We were very impressed with the professional service and attention to detail. Excellent service from Josh

Advantage Solutions get 5 Stars from me. I'm well please with the work they did for me. I get compliments from people still and they say how beautiful it looks.

I have a smile on my face every time I arrive in my driveway now. The Advantage Contracting Solutions team did an excellent job installing the new roof and gutter system with true professional craftsmanship!

I’m typically not a customer that is easy to please, I expect what is promised and I pay attention to detail, the smallest of details with great attention… This company does too! They deliver as promised, they nailed it from start to finish!

From estimates to scheduling to install. Excellent pricing, great communication and professional services until 100% complete.😊

A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star operation that I highly recommend! I’ve never had a better, smoother pressure free experience with a contracting company! Wow! If you’re needing roofing or gutter contracting services give them a call, see if they can help!

Thank you to Tim / Randall and the amazing Advantage Contracting Solutions team , Well done!

Sincerely,

In a time of stress after finding out we had water intrusion behind our siding that rotted away studs in ok ur home, Advantage Contracting Solutions came to the rescue. Not only were they "Jonny on the spot", but we're economical and did exactly what they said they would. They will definitely be getting more business from us.

Randall was great to work with, communicative and honest. They finished quickly and did a great job.

Professional work, professional people....job well done. In October, had a break through in my 20+ yr-old roof after an extended rainstorm. I requested a couple quotes to decide And chose ACS!

I was a bit nervous as I never had a complete teardown And roof replacement. The ACS professional and knowledgeable, Krystal, was one who provided answers to my concerns.

- Will there be a alot to clean up? No.
Absolutely not. We haul it away.
- Will I need to leave my house? No, you can stay.
- How long will the replacement take? Only 1 day, if the weather cooperates.

The results, was exactly as described and explained. My new roof looks amazing and Advantage Contracting Solutions is A+ recommended for any complex home building you need.

I can't say enough good things about this company, our family experienced one of the worst days of our lives when our house caught on fire. Jimmy and his team at Advantage helped us every step of the way from start to finish. They worked great with our insurance company and made sure we were being treated properly. They completely rebuilt our home to like new condition. We really don't know what our family would have did without them. We are so happy and blessed to be back in our new home. Thank you so much for all your did for us Advantage Contracting Solutions!
