Constraction reviews in Smithfield, Virginia

My family and I were very pleased with the new flooring that was installed in our main bathroom by Atlantic Custom Services. Trent and company were very professional, kept the mess to minimum, and were finished quickly. They got right to work each day and wasted no time. My floor was done right and quality of work is a high priority when looking for contractors.

Big shout out to Jimmy, Trent and Team! You guys turned my out of date kitchen into a beautiful modern one, even extended out the back of our home! I look at it every day and just smile! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to remodel or build new!

We used Atlantic Custom Services to build a detached garage from start to finish. Throughout the whole process, Trent and Jimmy were honest and easy to communicate with. They have excellent attention to detail and it shows in their work. I will continue to recommend them and we will absolutely use them in the further for other home projects.

Atlantic Custom Services did a complete tear out of our kitchen. They removed two walls and framed everything. They went above and beyond. Trent kept us updated everyday on their arrival time. They were very professional at their job. I would highly recommend this company. Great job guys, I LOVE my new kitchen.

Atlantic Custom Services built two sheds for my yard. They came recommended by several of my neighbors, who had used them in the past, and they lived up to the favorable reviews. They did a great job, and handled all the legal aspects of getting the permits from the county on my behalf. They did the work on schedule and on budget. James and Trent were great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Had Johnny and crew paint my shop, Smithfield Fast Lube, in Smithfield, VA and did an excellent job. Very responsive to any issues. Very easy to work with.

These guys can knock out any home improvement job and fast! If you want a professional job done with quality work hire them. They show up on time, do great work and clean up afterwards. I couldn't ask for more.

Built by Babb is professional, kind, honest, and a great value. They have worked on both my home and business and I recommend them for any of your contracting needs.

Built by Babb did a fantastic job. John Babb does what he says he will do. He takes pride in his work and wants it done right. He communicates well and kept me updated every step of the way.

Outstanding service from Built By Babb. John and his team were efficient and delivered great quality. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Was able to combine work that would have required several contractors—He did it all !!

Called Built By Babb based on previous reviews. The team was responsive, professional and focused. Provided and explained details about my repair. Using them again for another project. We highly recommend them!

Built by Babb did a beautiful master bath renovation for us. Highly recommended!

Built By Babb was responsive and professional. They gave sound advice and were honest on our gutter repair so that we didn't have to spend unnecessary money. They were also on time and cleaned up when they were done with the job.

Mr. Babb came out to see what repairs we needed on a bad shower faucet install, replacing an outdoor faucet and fixing the fascia trim. He sent his crew by one morning to double check what plumbing supplies were needed. While they worked on another job that day in Sedley they went to Franklin to get my repair parts and stopped back by that afternoon after they finished the Sedley job. They were able to fix all my repair jobs including the shower install done wrong that had vise grips holding the pipe in place. I was mortified that they were there. His guys were very professional and really knew what was needed to correct all 3 jobs. This company will definitely be our go to company for any repairs or new jobs that our home will need. Thank you for working us into your schedule and we have already recommended you to some of our friends.

Built By Babb installed a new hot water heater for us, working until after 7pm on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They stayed until it was done, cleaned up and made sure it was working properly! So thankful for the excellent job they did!

There was an incident in my attic this past weekend and Built by Babb were called in at the last minute to help and they did, that 2 man team handle there business, they came in to replace a piece of drywall and painted in a few hours and Saturday and finished up on Sunday, but the boss man came in first to diagnose the damaged, I really liked that, and then called me after they finished to ask if I was happy, excellent job, will continue to use him in future. Continue to be blessed Built by Babb.

John and his team were fantastic to work with. Very responsive and quality work. Originally hired him to paint a new house but he was able to help with replacing a leaking exterior door on short notice.

What an amazing company! Built By Babb was able to install LVP in our downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and closets in two days! The results were outstanding. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
