A true joke. They rip you off extremely bad especially if you know nothing about hvac. 90 dollars just to come and look at ac that they installed and fixed numerous times. I'm contacting the BBB

Harrison Mechanical was professional from start to finish. Initial repair technician accurately identified our problem and recommended a course of action. Within the day, a quote was generated with multiple options depending on what I wanted. The work that was eventually done was that same week and done in the time frame that was quoted. The install technicians were courteous and worked quickly. I would recommend Harrison Mechanical for any HVAC needs.

We had a complete ductwork changeout. The installers were very professional and did excellent work under the house. They were very accommodating with any concerns and questions we had during the installation. Overall outstanding job. Definitely recommend for anyone that needs HVAC work.

During the record high heat in July 2019, our AC was not working properly. A technician arrived within an hour of our call. He was able to quickly determine the problems and recommend that the 17 year old unit be replaced. We were able to limp through several weeks at the cost of a higher electric bill. A new unit was ordered and installed. The installation technicians were very conscientious and efficient. Harrison M&E is a real plus for Smithfield area residents.

Harrison Mechanical is the best HVAC company we've ever used and we've been a customer for almost 20 years now. They have serviced and when necessary, replaced everything mechanical in our home. My AC wouldn't cut on last night. This morning, I called Harrisons mechanical and they gave me a time frame between 11 and 2 for someone to come out. Mel got here before 11:30 and had the problem figured out and fixed within the hour. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Harrisons. The technicians from Harrison were in home two days installing a new Crane heat pump system and a new Trane furnace and air conditioner.
They were prompt, polite, and professional and delight to have in our home. We are so happy we found Harrison's for our new HVAC systems in a 24 year old home.

Our heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I called and left a message before the business was open and received a call before 8a to set up an appointment. Had a mini-split installed at my house as the upstairs was brutal in the summer. While the install team could have taken a bit more time and alleviated a return visit to fix small mistakes, I am very happy with the product and customer service I received. Lisa was very kind and thoughtful to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you!

Harrison has been performing our twice annual HVAC checks for a number of years now. Always send friendly, professional workmen. Very good about fixing small issues. Point out items that may become a problem in the future.

Harrison Mechanical installed our air conditioning system in 2011. We were very pleased with the system and the annual maintenance so we called them again when we needed to replace our heating system in 2016. We continue to be happy with their service and their personnel. I highly recommend this company.

Called Harrison on Monday August 27th. Eric Harrison came and gave us a quote with several choices (explaining each) the next day. Mel and Terry showed up on Thursday the 30th at 8 AM. These two are very professional and hard workers. The outside temp was 98 with a feels like of 108. Our attic where the furnace is was 125 degrees. They worked all day and finished at 5 PM. They were very helpful and answered all our questions as well as giving us several pointers. I can not recommend Harrison any higher. I would give them 10+ stars if possible. Our house is now cool and our Goodman AC is super and seems very efficient. Quick service and a fair price.

Awesome service, knowledge, work ethic. Our A/C was blowing warm air, and a friend had recommended Harrison. We thought maybe the coils needed to be cleaned, add some refrigerant, etc.... The repairman came out, and I shoulder-surfed so that he could walk me through the process, and I learned a ton... but then he had to give me the bad news that it needed much more than a cleaning. He explained everything he was seeing (gauges, read outs, etc.) and broke down what the cost to fix it would be (best price around). After talking to my wife, we decided that it may be better to invest the repair money into a new unit (which was due; old unit was stamped from 2002; 17 yrs old... we kinda knew it was coming). We got the quote from Harrison, and then I called around to 4 other places. Which only one of them was cheaper in price. Since we had such an amazing initial experience with Harrison, I called them back, to give them the opportunity to beat the competitor price. They not only beat it by a couple hundred dollars, they also came out and installed the new unit, THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! They were very courteous and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone I know. These guys/gals are amazing!!!
