The customer support agent was rude. This company does not work with customer’s time. They are only available at their own convenience time. Not useful at all.

Thomas was sent out as part of a home warranty claim. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I appreciated his assistance!

From the first impression phone call to the in home visit it couldn't have been a more positive experience. I appreciate their service, experience, and even the conversation during the repair. They will be my FIRST call next time I need a repair!!!

A technician came out looked at the microwave and oven. Said that he needed to order parts. It took two weeks for this company to get back with us. It took the technician less than twenty minutes to replace a temperature sensor in the oven and two hours to take my microwave apart to replace a fuse and could NOT put it back together right. The oven and microwave STILL doesn't work. The WORST Company.

They did not fix my appliances, gave me short notice when they wanted to come to fix my appliances. Told me that the parts would be available in 5 days and that I would be contacted and no one did. Called me one day and said they were on there way to fix my appliances when I had already stated to them that I was not gonna be able to be home that day. The customer service lady on the phone is very rude and I will never do business with them or refer them to anyone I know. If you want to be frustrated then give them a call.

Repaired my Whirlpool dryer. Not an easy job. He had to take it completely apart . He replaced the part,vacuumed the inside and now it runs like new. Thank you for your excellent service!

I appreciate the skill of the repairman. However, the communication gaps between making the service call, getting the call scheduled, and communicating my wishes were not shared with the repair tech... so the W/D was not stacked as requested.

We had some warranty repairs done to our oven two years ago which required the oven to be removed and then put back. Over the course of the last two years, the oven has moved out of place and tipped forward. I called to have them come out to correct this issue, but was told that I should've contacted them sooner. They do not stand behind their workmanship, and unless you experience the fallout right away, you're out of luck.

The rep arrived at the scheduled time, professional attire and got to work. He found the problem with my dryer in under 2 minutes and got me back up in running in under 10 minutes. Will call them back every time for my appliance repair needs!

Scheduled an appointment "window". Called and came during that time. Professional, wore a mask, diagnosed the problems, ordered parts, scheduled another appointment, came during that time, and fixed both the stove top and dishwasher. Amount charged was reasonable! No issues! I will certainly call again when I need an appliance repaired!

Had Tommy D out to fix my washer, great price,on time and had it up and running in no time. Highly recommend him! Very nice, Thank you.

Davey is a top notch repair tech and one of the most honest people I have met.

He came to fix my washer and look at the Dryer. Upon inspection of Dryer he found a diamond earring in the gasket thst was lost and handed it back to us without any hesitation . I explained that it was not even my wife’s , just came with the house.

Fixed equipment same day and was very knowledgeable.

I even txted him about another issue and he txted me back about how to trouble shoot just to ensure that another item was truly not working correctly. This was 2 months later .

Tommy D was chosen by my home warranty company to repair our washer and dryer. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problems. The washer was beyond repair and the dryer needed parts. The home warranty will cover most of the cost of a new washer and the dryer was repaired yesterday after the parts arrived. Fast, courteous service. Thanks.

Our refrigerator died on a Friday night. I called Tommy on Saturday and he returned my call within 15 mins. He showed up on Monday afternoon, and sadly told me our 5 year old refrigerator was toast. His service charge was 1/2 what Sears was going to charge and he was able to get here 10 days earlier. Thank you Tommy!

Our home warranty co dispatched a company to come out to repair an icemaker for a Kenmore fridge. Repairman came out; looked inside fridge for the sticker to get the Serial and Model #. Sticker was missing so he said since he didn't know that info he could not repair it.
Our warranty co dispatched Tommy D, who came out with a universal icemaker and installed it. Took all of 15-20 min. Why the first company didn't or couldn't do the same thing is beyond me. We always get good service with Tommy D Appliance Repair and I definitely would recommend them.

After dealing with other lazy companies. Tommy D Appliance Repair Inc came in and did the job. Very fast and extremely knowledgeable. I wish my home warranty would of contacted them first. If anything else goes wrong they will be called first. Highly Highly Highly recommended!

Tommy was respectful, prompt, and made sure the job was done right. When the connector for my icemaker came apart, Tommy came out a second time to fix that. I would definitely recommend Tommy d appliance repair.

Great experience. Made appointment for next day. Technician called ahead. Arrived with mask. Diagnosed and advised me in a timely fashion. Technician was very professional and friendly. Being new to the area I'm happy to have found my "appliance guy" so quickly. Highly recommend. Anyone know of a "car guy" in the area. Need one of those as well!

This family run business is an incredible service for the Smithfield area. Both repair techs were on time, honest, and patiently repaired our refrigerator through trial and error of replacement parts. We had a weird diagnostic and they hung in with us until the refrigerator was fixed. They get our 5 stars and we highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time with this place. We live on base and they called beforehand to make sure we met them at the gate to sponsor them on. Met him there and he said he didn’t want to come on base and was complaining about the time or whatever. Didn’t even seem like he wanted to work. Just unprofessional. He didn’t come look at the washer and said he was just gonna order parts. Which parts are you gonna order without taking the time to look at the washer? Just wasted my day waiting for him to not even do anything.

Tommy the owner of the company is kinda rude. I'm not saying that he's this way every day but he was when he came to our home. He was talking to my husband like a child and it was about to be a huge problem. I don't care how much knowledge you have you can not do that to people when you call yourself a professional. Customer service goes a long way and this company dropped the ball. Also they are bad with communication. He left his trash in my laundry room and didn't clean up behind himself. Parts took like two weeks to come.
