He did the warranty repair on my fridge and was so friendly and helpful! He was quick to order the necessary parts and get back out to get me back up and running. Even if they were unable to answer my call, they always responded quickly! I would definitely use their services, again; warranty or not!

If they had the option to give zero stars, I would give them that.
We had a scheduled appointment today ( through Lowe's) for a washer repair and they didn't show up. We called their office numerous times and left voicemail messages requesting a call back. We're still waiting. We contacted Lowe's and they also requested contact from this company as well. I think it's very unprofessional of this company to waste our time and not even give us a courtesy call back.
Avoid this company if you can. Find another repair contractor if going through a reputable big name company.

Called ahead of appointment, arrived at house on time. Technician was very friendly and trustworthy. Recommended going through manufacturer for repair as it was a known defect that would occur again if he repaired it. I was afraid I would still have to pay the trip charge ($70) but since he didn't do any repair work he said he wouldn't charge us. Tommy D is my new appliance repair guy!

Great experience! Called late afternoon 2 days ago when we noticed water coming from under our 4 year old Whirlpool fridge. Got an appointment for this afternoon, and Tommy called this morning to see if he could come out early. Outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I also got a good education on all the different ways water can become a problem in the inner workings of refrigerators. Friendly, prompt, professional and got the job done right the first time - what more could you want?. Highly recommend!

The best experience I've ever had getting an appliance repaired. It was the first time a service technician came to my house and was able to diagnosed 2 separate broken parts, AND have both parts in his truck!!! He didn't have to order them and my washer was fixed in less than a half hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

This is the fourth time we've used Tommy D Appliance Repair. This time it was to replace a part in our dryer. The people who own this business are friendly, courteous, honest, and fast. They truly treat people like they would want to be treated. We are so happy we found them!

Mr. Tommy, the owner, completed an order to repair my kitchen oven door. He gave me a call ahead and arrived on time. He is a very reputable man and quite knowledgeable about almost anything. Honesty and integrity is not easy to find but I found it in this company. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call again without hesitation.

Mr. Tommy was prompt, neat, efficient, polite, and explained everything. When asked to wear a mask (we have immunocompromised family members), he easily complied. He did not leave until I was assured my appliance was working properly. Highly recommend him for his excellent service. (Our washer was under warranty, so we were not charged for the repair.}

Wonderful family-owned business. Honest and terrific quality work! I found Tommy D's because of Lowe's warranty work and now I will call them for all my appliance repair needs and recommend them to friends and family. I wish all companies were this dependable and hardworking.

This is the second time I've used Tommy D Appliance Repair. Their quality of service and customer service is impeccable. My home warranty sent him both times and I am so thankful they did. Scheduling the appointment with Misty who is very professional, helpful and friendly was a breeze. Tommy came out quickly, identified the problem, order the parts, fixed it and made sure everything was in working order before he left.

Tommy D's was on site within 48 hours after I submitted a warranty request with Lowes. Thomas, the technician, was superbly professional; he explained thoroughly how he researched the problems with my freezer for which, unfortunately, there were no longer repair parts available for the discontinued model. He promptly reported back to the warranty company and I had a new freezer in less than a week. We'll done.

I schedule appt for feb 15, 2016, no show/call and to make things worst the guy,I spoke with didn't answer his phone the 3-4 times my wife called him and left messages. My wife departed work early to meet him@the house and he didn't show up! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

James was the only electrician that answered my call early in the morning when I had a crisis. He was prompt, courteous, and figured out the problem in short order. Highly recommended and would call him again in the future.

I was supposed to have hem come out and give me an estimate between 10 and 11. They wanted to come earlier in the morning but I was not available. They took on another job knowing that they had to be at my house later that morning. I finally got a call from them at noon wanting to reschedule for the next day. Not exactly a good first impression. I highly doubt I will use them because if you are late for this whose to say you won't be late when the job starts.

James did an outstanding job and so did the gentleman that was with him. He installed my floodlights and offers other services for just a fraction of the price that other electricians in the area do. They will be returning to do more work at our home!

This most recent job May 30th, 2019 there was no follow up to 1). Patch up the cut out access hole in my living room wall as promised ; (2). To recheck wiring work on an outdoor spotlight as the light keeps flickering when motion is detected (even though a new unit was replaced 6/4/19), bulbs were replaced as well. Suddenly, James Jones doesn’t answer my phone calls, messages nor text. Lack of integrity on display from company owner ( check in hand, feels he has no more responsibility to troubleshoot work), that he completed himself. No apparent willingness to follow up on work done nor communicate his next course of action- will not hire, again. Get every detail in writing!! Hampton,Va.,
