If it could go wrong it did. I don’t know how this company stays in business. Months of visits, headaches, total incompetence and to top it off they were rude to my wife. We’ve since had Smiley’s come out and they’ve done and excellent job and explained in detail all the things that were installed incorrectly. My favorite visit was when they came out to figure out what the issue was and then left without saying anything to my wife and left the heat on running continuously in the middle of the summer. I had to leave work for that one. I had blocked most of this out until today when they called us for our free maintenance after telling us they were too busy to do the maintenance during the summer. The woman on the phone couldn’t even tell us what the maintenance would include but instead of being free it would cost $180. Never do business with these clowns.

We had just scheduled our first service with Harrison’s after a word of mouth reference from a neighbor. We never made it to that appointment after our AC went out over the weekend. Choosing to wait until Monday, we were able to get a quick response and appointment to repair. Chris went out of his way to pick up the part we needed and have it installed before I had another commitment to get to. We are extremely pleased with the service provided in a timely manner and will recommend to others!

Did some research of various Companies to replace my 2 AC's and Furnace's. Settled on Harrisons and glad I did. They are great to work with and the quality of the installation was very good. We had an outstanding experience with Harrison's Mechanical. Mel was tenacious in finding out the problems plus the solutions to our heating failure. He was able to come the next morning which was so appreciated because freezing weather was fast approaching. Everyone was positive and professional. We highly recommend Harrison's Mechanical.

Huge thanks to Harrison Mechanical when one of our churches units failed. Several local company’s provided quotes to perform the replacement. Harrison’s was the most affordable! Their techs who performed the installation of the new system were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked expeditiously. Great experience all around.

Very professional, clean, organized, timely, took the time to make sure I understood what I was getting and what it would look like. Had several other companies quote... they were a joke. Got the best (Mitsubishi, can’t even hear this thing run!) for the cheapest. After several other companies quoted other brands and said they didn’t sell Mitsubishi because they were too expensive. Very happy. Feel comfortable knowing who I will call from now on with any ac/heat work. Thank you.

Harrison was quick to come out on a service call and quick to get back with a fair estimate. This is not our first time going with Harrison. They are professional and thorough in their work.

I would give a zero if I could. The company claims to do dryer vents. I asked for something much easier; a 2" hole bored through one of my outside walls. I was told that the service manager would call me. When he did not, I called back the next day. The receptionist said he "left notes for me" (when, exactly, was I going to be called and told about them?) The "notes" indicated that they were so busy right now that they couldn't possibly "squeeze me in". Funny...I don't remember indicating that my need was urgent...

Bottom line, if you don't wish to do a job, grow a set of stones and tell the customer the truth. The lack of communication is appauling.

Harrison Mechanical employees were very professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do with no hidden fees. The price of our heating system was about half the cost of their next closest competitor.. We were very pleased with the final results.

I reached out to Harrison after calling another heating and air company we had previously used for maintenance and repairs. I was shocked by the estimate they gave me for a replacement part and installation when our AC stopped cooling—they even suggested replacing the entire unit because of its age and the cost of the repair. Our home was built in 2017.

Daniel from Harrison came out, inspected both of our units and our mini-split, and informed me that the part we needed was still under warranty. He offered a very reasonable price for the installation, and the service was excellent. We’ll be using Harrison from now on!

I had two companies evaluate my failing HCAC SYSTEM and Harrison had exactly what I wanted with the best price. The installation was done within one week. Bret, Brad and Kenny arrived on time, took out the old system and installed the new Trane AC and furnace all in the same day Great workers! Great price! Great company!

Thank you guys for your exceptional service, I had an issue with my heat and the ladies over the phone did an amazing job with first trying to help me figure out the problem over the phone and then I was able to get a same day appointment. Daniel went above and beyond, he was very courteous and went the extra mile.. I was able to work out my issues with this company as it relates to payments and any mishaps (everything went smoothly) 100% would recommend

During a recent cold snap, we had a problem with a freezing exterior drip line from a high-efficiency furnace which had been installed by a different company than Harrison. What a difference in customer service to work with Harrison than the original contractor. The people at Harrison are friendly, caring and most of all, competent and responsive. Brett did a great job helping us out and solving the problem. Would highly recommend based on this experience.

When the capacitor on my air conditioner when out at the beginning of the hottest weekend of the year, Danny was able to fix the problem right away and get the system up and running. My home warranty people said that it would be 24 hours before they could find me a tech and didn't seem to care (they're gone, by the way). I called up Backriver and Danny came right away. I also appreciate the 10% military discount.

Backriver has my highest recommendation. Call them.
