Harrison Mechanical installed our air conditioning system in 2011. We were very pleased with the system and the annual maintenance so we called them again when we needed to replace our heating system in 2016. We continue to be happy with their service and their personnel. I highly recommend this company.

Personable, reliable, fair and straightforward. This company has it. When my now ex-home warranty company failed to "find" someone to help us in 8+ hours, I found in our recommendations at Nextdoor.com and had an appointment in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Called Harrison on Monday August 27th. Eric Harrison came and gave us a quote with several choices (explaining each) the next day. Mel and Terry showed up on Thursday the 30th at 8 AM. These two are very professional and hard workers. The outside temp was 98 with a feels like of 108. Our attic where the furnace is was 125 degrees. They worked all day and finished at 5 PM. They were very helpful and answered all our questions as well as giving us several pointers. I can not recommend Harrison any higher. I would give them 10+ stars if possible. Our house is now cool and our Goodman AC is super and seems very efficient. Quick service and a fair price.

Awesome service, knowledge, work ethic. Our A/C was blowing warm air, and a friend had recommended Harrison. We thought maybe the coils needed to be cleaned, add some refrigerant, etc.... The repairman came out, and I shoulder-surfed so that he could walk me through the process, and I learned a ton... but then he had to give me the bad news that it needed much more than a cleaning. He explained everything he was seeing (gauges, read outs, etc.) and broke down what the cost to fix it would be (best price around). After talking to my wife, we decided that it may be better to invest the repair money into a new unit (which was due; old unit was stamped from 2002; 17 yrs old... we kinda knew it was coming). We got the quote from Harrison, and then I called around to 4 other places. Which only one of them was cheaper in price. Since we had such an amazing initial experience with Harrison, I called them back, to give them the opportunity to beat the competitor price. They not only beat it by a couple hundred dollars, they also came out and installed the new unit, THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! They were very courteous and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone I know. These guys/gals are amazing!!!

Our AC finally gave out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and Harrison's took care of us.. The owners, office staff, and installers/technicians were prompt, polite, professional, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job with the installation of our new TRANE HVAC system. Woke up to almost no upstairs AC. Called Harrison as soon as they opened and they had a tech to me within 3 hours. Daniel was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had everything figured out and got me back running quickly... and didn't mind me standing around. Will definitely be using Harrison for all my future ac work.

Harrison installed two Trane AC heater units for me. They were on time, brought enough people to get the job done. They took extra care to protect my house, it was a rainy day, and they performed a professional installation. I got a couple estimates and they were competitive. I feel comfortable that with them down the street I will never have a home comfort issue.

These guys are awesome!! We got three quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. They showed up ten minutes early and immediately started working. We had multiple units replaced and were originally told it would take two days but the technicians worked all day and got the job done in one! We highly recommend Harrison's to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I had a problem with my AC unit a couple of weeks ago. Because Harrison mechanical did the install, I called them and they came out and checked it out and everything was okay. I'm very happy with their service as well as the professionalism with the insulation of my HVAC system over three years ago.

Update: when our heat pump and air conditioner failed a couple months later they were out to assess the situation within 24 hours. They made an effort to make our job a priority seeing as the temperature was rising and we were without air. They were also willing to work with us on financing options making the expense of a new system more bearable. The work is yet to be complete but I am sure if it is comparable to the furnace install it will be excellent service.

They were a pleasure to work with. Eric came out to build a proposal creating several options to see what would work with our budget. Within a week of him coming out the work began. I know it wasn’t easy with our older home and probably took longer than expected, but they stuck to the proposal price. The guys were timely and Eric kept us in the know when things took longer than expected. The space was cleaned up after wards and we have been happy with the damper system and natural gas furnace. We would recommend Harrison to anyone.

Able to get a next day appt. Service person contacted us before appt. that he was on his way and est. time of arrival. He arrived on time and determined the problem and solution in just a few minutes. Had part need on his truck and installed the new part and had everything up in running within the hour. The price was reasonable for the service performed. The service person told us he has 12 years experience with Harrison Mechanical. Harrison Mechanical is a locally owned small business and I highly recommend them.

This company is fantastic. From coming out for an estimate, communication to finalize services, to installation everyone I came in contact with were polite and professional. Eric explained all my options to me, worked with me to figure out the best plan for what we needed and our budget, and quoted a great price. Lisa was patient with me and answered all my questions. They were able to get us on the schedule quick. The workers were on time, they were very professional, everything was cleaned up including sweeping my stairs, and even took time to talk with my crazy kids who were curious which is a job in itself.
