Tree reviews in Smithfield, Virginia

I had an old pecan tree hanging over my neighbor's yard which caused him great distress. One large storm and it could've have landed on his house. I called JCA and they were there in a jiffy sawing and clearing away the tree and debris. I really appreciate the quick response and my neighbor says thank you also.

There was some initial communication difficulty, which the company addressed. They did great work at our house and the new mulch looks wonderful! They also took the time to clear the sidewalks around the beds and left the area looking very tidy.

We appreciate the exceptional tree service we received! The team was knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend using them for all of your tree maintenance needs.

Kevin was quick with the estimate which was very fair, and Kelly was on top of getting all the paperwork completed. Trees were removed and cleanup completed in no time. Would definitely use again for tree removal.

Had two trees taken down near our kids play yard equipment. Jones was easy to work with and we are happy with the results.

Great job removing three trees and grinding the stumps, fast and professional. Very reasonable cost. The entire crew was exceptional.

Kevin and his crew did a great job grading our yard after we had a well drilled there. They removed a significant amount of clay, leid down top soil, and planted grass seed in a professional, timely way with an attractive outcome.

The crew was courteous and listened to my concerns with the hedges. They did an excellent job of shaping them up and left the site clean when they were complete. We will definitely have them back here for future work.

I can’t say enough about the team at Jones Curb Appeal. Kevin is amazing and really takes the time to understand what his clients want and what would be best for them. Kelly has been absolutely incredible and so patient and kind. The entire landscaping team who has been working on our yard for the last few weeks have been amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable! I would highly recommend JCA for all of your landscaping needs.

Top notch service. Fair pricing. Tree crew is highly professional and customer service driven. Would hire again.

Jones Curb Appeal really bailed me out when I had a short-notice need arise. I was getting ready to manage a large event and determined the main spectating area wasn't as presentable as I was told it would be. Almost before I could hang up the phone, Kevin had a hard-working crew member there to take care of our need. It was done quickly and exactly how we needed it done to insure a smooth event. It went great, largely due to JCA! Thanks guys!

I saw a sign on the side of the road stating "MULCH" and a phone number of 818-3248. I called it to ask if they delivered pea gravel, as I wanted to place it around my home to reduce weed issues and help with drainage. Kevin came out to get an idea of the size of the job to provide an estimate. I was provided a quote the following week and accepted it. The initial estimate was low, but they were able to adjust on the fly to provide more. The crew came out on hot humid days, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They ran out of some supplies, & ended up having to come back to fix a couple minor issues. The initial job looked so good that I realized I should have had my driveway and walkways included initially. I asked if they could come out to place more gravel on my drive and walkways while they fixed the other issues, and they did so without issue or complaint! Great company, professional employees, and a happy customer in the end. I would highly recommend anyone consider using Jones Curb Appeal for any of their exterior landscape projects!

After giving them a deposit of 700$ , on February 28th, ihad to wait til April 26th for them to do work
The work was exceptible. They cleaned up, graded over the ground up tree stumps (3). Over all work rates a good.

I honestly cannot say enough good things to represent the work ethic, professionalism, and attention we received from Jones Road! From Kelly, who navigates the many phone calls and requests, to the actual workers themselves providing experienced recommendations and suggestions….we plan on using this company many times over as we continue to settle in our new home and make the landscape our own! Thank you to Kevin and his crew for being so polite and respectful, answering questions, and making sure throughout the process that we were satisfied! I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

They did a great job and all interactions were very professional.

Great experience with Jones Curb Appeal. I called in a time I needed services immediately, and they we able to accommodate. The job was done in a very short time, and the cut was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience.
