Constraction reviews in Springfield, Virginia

Contacted the company to put in new drywall in my ceiling and paint it. They did a great job and even accommodated me when I changed my plans and wanted them to paint the top part of my walls. They were fantastic!!! :)

I had contacted Ark for a kitchen remodel and Sean was extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped us with our dream remodel. Would recommend for any work needed in your home!

ALERT: Avoid ARK Construction Services LLC at all costs.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of disastrous. They caused serious damage to my home and demonstrated a staggering lack of professionalism at every step. Some of the most troubling issues included:

Cracking and damaging my patio door during construction
Performing an extremely poor plumbing job that ultimately caused the main water line to burst.my basement had 15 inches of water. If I hadn’t seen it it would have risen upto the ground floor.

Closing up walls without obtaining the required county inspections, which is not just careless—it’s dangerous
Electrical work so substandard that even the county inspector laughed in disbelief when reviewing it.

To make matters worse, Mr. Durim and his team presented themselves as professionals, but their work and conduct told a very different story. Their actions weren’t just sloppy—they were reckless and negligent.

This entire ordeal is headed to court, and I feel compelled to warn others: do not trust your home or your peace of mind to this company. They’ve caused significant damage and stress, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone

John and his crew are great! They exceeded my expectations, highly recommend!

Great service. Very prompt

Provided amazing service for my Kitchen, gave me an amazing remodel and now my kitchen looks absolutely amazing to all my visitors!

Jaime did an excellent job, paying attention to every detail. He is a hard worker, extremely punctual and high quality. He is reliable and actually shows up (unlike so many contractors) and promptly finishes the job (with absolutely no delays) and is meticulous and leaves the worksite spotless. Highly recommend!

These guys built our deck really fast and it looks great. Would recommend !

Jaime was the on site supervisor for a major renovation of our house that we recently completed. Jaime was excellent at managing the crew and also highly skilled in all aspects of construction. He was patient with my many questions and always worked with me to achieve my vision. He has an incredible work ethic — often showing up on weekends to continue making progress. We are delighted with the outcome of our project, which includes adding a ground floor den on the back of our house and a full bathroom.

I had a great opportunity to work with Coronado and his team. I needed a subcontractor to do some work at our new addition, Coronado and his team performed everything at top notch and earlier than due date. I will use them in our future projects

Coronado Construction & Remodeling did a great job on my bathroom and kitchen remodeling. They were professional and good workmanship. We love our new bathroom and kitchen. We have recommended them to our family and friends.

Jaime and his team went above and beyond for us during a much needed interior renovation. From the very first day, their honesty, care, and dedication truly stood out. It’s rare to find a local business that treats your space with the same respect and attention they would their own. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and the beautiful results. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team that genuinely cares, I can’t recommend them enough.

I Recently had a deck finished by Jaime and his team , I’m extremely impressed with the craftsmanship and it looks like it will last a lifetime! I highly recommend this company for highly skilled woodworking and carpentry.

I hired Coronado Construction & Remodeling LLC after a friend recommended them, and I’m glad I listened. My home was long overdue for a remodel, and I was nervous about choosing the right company. Their team made the process stress-free from day one. They guided me through design choices, helped me stay within my budget, and the transformation was unbelievable.

I finally feel proud inviting people over. These guys really care about their work. If you want a company that treats your home like their own, this is the one.

Coronado Construction & Remodeling LLC remodeled my basement into a clean, solid man cave, and they made the whole process easy. They showed up, did what they said they were gonna do, and the quality came out better than I expected. Everyone who’s seen it likes the work, and it honestly made me trust them with future projects. If you’re thinking about upgrading your place, they’re definitely worth calling.

We recently hired Coronado Construction & Remodeling Llc for a complete kitchen and master bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
From the initial consultation, their team was incredibly professional and communicative. Jaime was fantastic. He provided a detailed project plan and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire process stress-free. The crew showed up on time every morning, was very respectful of our home, and diligently cleaned the work area at the end of each day.
The quality of the craftsmanship is superb; the new custom island and intricate tile work in the shower are exactly what we envisioned, thanks to Mr Jaime’s attention to detail.
The project was completed on time and the final cost was exactly as quoted in the original bid, with no surprise charges. It's rare to find a company that delivers on every promise, and Coronado Construction & Remodeling Llc exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for our future remodeling needs.

Wonderful, beautiful brick and slate work
I highly recommend APM contractor s

APM Contractors’ workers did an excellent job repairing and refurbishing my crumbled concrete basement steps, stairwell walls and iron rail.

They power washed the steps and stairwell walls, fixed the cracks and holes, applied gray masonry paint coating on the steps, applied masonry waterproof drylok coating  paint on the walls, sanded and painted the rusted iron rail black.

The beautiful like new appearance of the steps, stairwell walls and iron rail, attest to the excellent quality of their finished work. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and I would rehire them.
