Constraction reviews in Springfield, Virginia

I had an excellent experience working with APM! The communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process, and integrity was evident in every step of the project. The work completed was thorough, and truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality work. I WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH THEM in the future and have referred to all my friends without hesitation!

Alex and his team did an outstanding job repairing our water damaged bathroom ceiling. They always arrived on time, was very professional and respectful, and cleaned up each day. In addition, they installed new bathroom hardware, under cabinet lighting, repaired door, and built and installed storage cabinet. We plan to use them again. We highly recommend Alex and his team!

I was thoroughly impressed with APM Contractors from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, always kept me informed throughout the entire project, and their work ethic was outstanding. The quality of their craftsmanship is top-notch, and I'm amazed at the transformation they achieved. Plus, their pricing was very competitive. I continue to call on them for small projects and major repairs to my home. I always refer them to family and friends because of the quality of their work.

Alex and his team work to make everything right. They’ve done our main bathroom and now our kitchen. They are great to work with and both projects came out just as designed.

We have been working with Apm contractors for at least the past five years for two separate properties. The work has included roofing repair and entire roof replacement, bathroom repair/toilet installation, and painting. This company is reliable, efficient, trustworthy, and communicative. They provide photos throughout work of projects and quickly respond any time we have an issue that needs to be addressed for new projects. We refer this company to friends and overall have had an amazing experience with the company owner and contractors!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an incredible team of contractors who transformed my loft into a stunning space. From start to finish, the project was seamless, thanks to the expertise and creativity of Alissom Miranda and his team at Apm Contractors.

First, the custom spiral staircase they installed is nothing short of breathtaking—elegant and functional, it has completely changed the flow and feel of the space. They also repainted the cabinets and walls with precision, bringing a fresh, modern vibe that perfectly matches my vision. The hardwood flooring they installed is absolutely gorgeous, elevating the entire look and adding warmth to the area.

What truly sets Alissom apart is his problem-solving abilities—this guy is the MacGyver of remodeling. No matter what challenge arose, he found a solution, often coming up with clever, out-of-the-box ideas that I would never have thought of. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the work.

I couldn’t be happier with the final result. The space feels like a completely new home, and it’s all thanks to their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a contractor who is creative, reliable, and genuinely cares about the outcome, I highly recommend Alissom and his team. They turned my loft into an amazing place I can truly call my dream home!

APM came in and was able to fix what a previous contractor left unfinished. They came on time, were clean and protected the floors They did a great job. I would hire them again!

APM has completed multiple projects for us. Refinished hardwood floors, demo'd and remodeled a powder room, built a tree house, interior paint and installed artificial grass. Every single project was completed expediently and to a standard that matched or exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend APM and will continue to use APM for all my contracting needs.

My experience with AMP was exceptional. APM contractors was always on time. AMP contractors was able to provide a sliding glass door in my bathroom where I’ve been told twice by two different companies that they could not do it due to the small Size of my bathroom. I recommend anyone with a vision of their own to check AMP contractors out.

Great job APM contractors!!! I’m very satisfied with the work

I have used this business for many years and many jobs, have passed onto others many recommendations. My latest contract was the Installation of a new roof on my shed, as you can see below the excellent and exceptional work. They laid architectural shingles and replaced the plywood. Their attention to detail is impeccable.

Here I am, back at it again! Loving and enjoying the exceptional work that was done inside and outside my home. APM contractor corp. has always showed up on time and schedule. Their attention to detail and perfection always keep me coming back to them time and time again.

The crew did a fabulous job. They are very responsive and even came back to fix a minor detail that I wanted added. The price was great and crew works hard to get the job done. Two doors were added and kitchen counters and cabinet added.

Alex and his crew completed a few jobs around our house - including re-doing our half bath, installing new exterior doors, and replacing a chain link fence with a wood privacy fence. Alex was a pleasure to work with - super responsive and communicative throughout the project - which (sadly) can be rare in a contractor! Additionally, his crew was fast, neat, and thorough and his prices were more than fair. We had a tight timeline - with a baby due - and they worked with us to complete all of our projects before the little guy came! We highly recommend them and will definitely hire them for future projects!

Used APM again the fix a negligent job by Roseman Lifelong construction. APM basically had to rebuild the entire back extension of our house. The results were fantastic. Everything was done to the highest standard. They did the job it took Lifelong a year to do in just over a month. APM has my absolute highest recommendation. I will absolutely use them again!

We hired APM Contractors to do several jobs such as installing kitchen cabinets, tub & tile installation, making our pantry bigger, and remodeling our basement. The quote was very reasonable, and we are happy with the results. We definitely plan to hire them again because they are skilled in a variety of projects.

Wow! APM contractors turned 800sq ft of useless moldy basement into a bright, cozy luxury lounge! What a transformation in 3 weeks. They demo-ed, cleaned, sanitized, waterproof the walls and floor of my 1934 bungalow basement. Look at how gorgeously they executed my vision for a fireplace-TV-bookcase centerpiece, vinyl plank flooring, drywall, lighting, new electrical, and paint. Rebuilt stairs, closet, doors for storage, laundry, utility. My tiny "prison" bathroom became a gorgeous, elegant black and white spa bath. I'm thrilled! They worked around the varied ceiling and floor levels, perfectly matching planks and tiles. Great customer contact, service and his team is top notch. They take pride in the work and I felt taken care of. If you want to love your basement hire APM!

We hired Alex and his team for the renovation of our dance studio, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their precision and dedication resulted in an amazing transformation completed in a remarkably short timeframe. Highly recommend!

APM Contractors, Corp graciously took over a construction site when my previous contractor abandoned me! My heart was broken and my wallet was well damaged at this point. APM worked a few creative maneuvers to complete the installation of a basement level half bath, renovate a bedroom and finish a walk-in closet. The APM crew finished the work in 5 days! The crew is professional, efficient, diligent, and very patient. See attached photos. Thank you so very much! JT

We recently hired Alex and APM contractors to do much needed home renovation. The scope of work included complete floor replacement from removing the subfloor to getting new flooring on. We also had popcorn ceiling removal, painting, upgrading all the outlets, modernizing other various elements in the house including getting new cable railing for the stairs. Alex and his crew were always on time, responsive to the changes we asked and finish the work ahead of time. They even did minor upgrades that were not even part of the contract because they felt that would make the job look right. We definitely plan to use Alex and crew for any of our upcoming home renovation tasks. In fact, we have recommended his crew to some of our friends and family for their upcoming work.

Alex and his team were amazing. They did quite a bit of work; kitchen tiling, custom closet, swap out dishwashers, install a utility sink and more. The entire team was professional, courteous and friendly. And best of all they cleaned up after the work was done. Alex worked with my time schedule and got things done. I cannot say enough good things about APM Contractors Corp. I am looking forward to working with them on future projects.

I had a little water damage in my ceiling that I needed repaired. They came with in a day for the estimate. Once the estimate was approved they were out fast. They were quiet, kind and professional. Fair prices as well.

Alex and his crew are awesome!! Super professional and did a wonderful quality deck job in just one day. I coordinated with Alex throughout the process via text and he is very responsive and flexible. You can tell he really cares about his craftsmanship, his team, and making sure his clients are happy. I’d happily recommend them!
