Paul & Exterior Medics were Great! Professional and most of all pleasant to work with. It took some time for my order to come in due to the pandemic. Nonetheless it was well worth the wait. I absolutely love my new Classic, Chic door. Such a great addition to my front porch. Not to mention, Exterior Medics followed up consistently and sent me a special Thank gift. The Exterior Medics team was great to work with. I especially appreciated how quickly they provided a proposal and inspected the site thoroughly, ensuring they only did the necessary work. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and they expertly matched the new gutters to the existing ones on our house. I was also impressed that their team even hauled away the trash left by the previous crew.

I had a great experience with Exterior Medics. My spouse and I hired them to respond to an emergency situation that flooded our basement, caused by cracks in our home's siding. Exterior Medics was timely and thorough in communicating the proposed repair and working alongside other contractors completing other parts of the water remediation. Ron Rodriguez was especially helpful in providing a detailed walk-through of the proposed repairs and timely communication on next steps. He made an extra effort to find siding colors and material options that matched other parts of our home that didn't need the repair. He treated me as an equal alongside my husband throughout the process, which I appreciated as a woman homeowner. I would hire Exterior Medics again.

Will was very professional and thorough in investigating the source of the roof leak. He also provided recommendations on things I should check and be aware of. He also cleared a bird's nest in a vent, just as a precaution! Appreciate his proactiveness and his thoroughness.

Sales team easy to work with, all hand-offs were truly smooth, the work only took 1/2 a day, and we LOVE the results! Of the three home projects we scheduled this year, Exterior Medics is the only company who didn't have to come back to finish up, correct, or double-check on any aspect of the project. Excellent service provided from this company. Many problems in our building were resolved. Moises was attentive and responsive to all our requests. He’s a very professional. Everything was done to the highest standards. I would highly recomend if you need to renovate your house.

I contacted Exterior medics to replace rotted wood in 3 dormers and to also replace undersized gutter in my covered patio. Price wise, there are in the middle of the pack. It took about 3 months to get the work started, but I believe if you are good at what you do, there are always customers and jobs in the pipe line. Stephen Bozak was my main POC for the project from beginning to end. He is very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Overall, I am very happy with how the job was performed. Would highly recommend.

Did roof work for us a few years ago that eventually turned out pretty well. "Eventually" b/c the first effort didn't stop the leak but another repair - at extra cost - did stop it. It's held up since, and if it had just been that, this review would be a lot better. More recently, though, I contacted ExtMed multiple times to get a quote for new roof work (different issue). I was told both times that they would get back in touch by phone asap. Then ... crickets. No response. Can't recommend these guys. Find somebody else.

Lexi is fabulous to work with! She is super responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to get things done! She's a true asset to the Exterior Medics team! Lexi makes my job so much easier when we are working on a project together!

Exterior Medics recently accomplished a face lift of our front porch and carport. We had three windows replaced and removed shutters and replaced vinyl siding with James Hardie board and batten panels. We also installed vinyl soffit coverage to entire carport and porch ceilings. Finally, we blocked out our 7 existing wooden columns around porch and carport with PVC. Everything was painted and it looks fantastic! We were pleased with Ben, our sales representative who guided us through our concept to get to our vision of the project locked in. Eric Holmes, the project manager provided excellent communication through the scheduling and during the actual construction phase by discussing each detail of the renovation to assure he and the crew were clear on our expectations of what the finished product should look like. He visited with us and the crew on site on the morning before the work got started and was there to rectify a problem with the supplies that were delivered. And called on the second day to check on the progress and after completion to check on our satisfaction. The 3 man crew led by “Chapes” was phenomenal. They were very skilled and made suggestions as the work progressed to make the final outcome even better than we hoped. I appreciated their experience and expertise very much. Ben was as punctual and enthusiastic as anyone that’s come to do remodeling at our house. Exterior Medics did an outstanding job installing a new roof and gutter guard. Ron and Rami Ali performed flawlessly in providing management of the overall process. Frankie and his assistant Carlos worked on the intallation of roof and gutter guard. Frankie's flashing was a work of art. The work was meticulous and professional. I highly recommend Exterior Medics for all roof installation and gutter guards.

This was the second time that we've used Exterior Medics. This particular project involved a small area of roof replacement. PJ came out and provided detailed options (including professional diagrams, pictures, and cost). Once we selected an option, we received a call a couple of weeks later to complete the work. The crew did an amazing job with the project, and even did a little extra around areas not part of the project (Thanks PJ!). I noticed one small issue and Rami Ali, the Production Director, handled it in less than 2 business days! The best part of working with them is the communication. Both PJ and Rami are available when you need them, and Rami even follows up to make sure you're satisfied with everything.

I have been extremely impressed with Exterior Medics. They have been contracted by our condo association to replace all the siding on the units throughout. Their employees are considerate and hard working, cleaning up as they go. They appear to have regular inspections by engineers as well as supervisors and in-house inspectors. One such inspector is Einnel Quintero. He has gone above and beyond, answering questions and finding answers if he doesn't have them. I happened to be walking our scaredy cat of a great dane mix when they first started on our building. My dog was startled by their circular saw and pulled me down as he bolted to the porch causing me to hit my head on the curb. Einnel saw this happen and immediately ran to me to see if I was OK (I was) but asking if he should call an ambulance. He stayed with me until my grandson managed to awaken my husband and made sure my dog was tied so he wouldn't run away. This is only one of many incidents in which Einnel was very helpful. I've rarely met a contractor who was so positive and friendly. I found this same attitude and work ethic from their other employees including their administrative staff. I would highly recommend this company.

I used exterior medics for my lake house in Mineral, VA and the entire experience surpassed my expectations. When I bought the house, it was on the home inspection list of things to do in the next 5 years. I called the office and Ricardo Castillo was the only person there and he explained the process and the next steps. He walked me through all the options and I purchased my roof through Exterior Medics. The follow up was amazing and the roofers showed up the day and time they were supposed to. They completed it in one day and the process was seamless. I later found out Ricardo was not part of the sales team but the overall management team and because he was the only one in the shop he managed my entire project. The amount of ownership and customer service is rarely seen these days. I recommend Exterior Medics to all my friends and family.
