I'm a condo board President in Montgomery County MD. Our community hired EM to do a complete facade replacement on our 11 buildings (90 units). Because of years of neglect by prior boards and a community reluctant to invest in maintenance, we had serious water damage problems that extended into sheathing and framing, down to the ground behind our brick skirting. EM worked with us for nearly two years as we sought approval and financing for such a large project. Long story short, they finished just before Thanksgiving 2025, a few months short of the projected completion date, a year after starting. It was an enormous project that heavily impacted every home in the community. From start to finish, EM's staff from the lowest hammer swinger to the owner worked with us patiently, solved many problems, and did an outstanding job. I'm a retired contractor and served as the community's oversight manager. We had an independent engineer as our project manager. I worked with our engineer, EM's management, and the onsite foreman from start to finish and I'm here to say that we could have gotten it done for less but not better. You get what you pay for and these guys are the best. Not just the best at the work they do, but as people who you want to work with.

Exterior Medics were very professional from start of project right through to the end. when there was a slight hiccup in the project, they quickly informed us of the problem, the solution and the cost. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

What a beautiful - and effective! exterior storm door we have now thanks to the great work of the team at Exterior Medics. Super nice staff and made a huge difference in the amount of frigid cold air coming into the house!

UPDATED REVIEW:
I am updating my original review to note that one of the owners of Exterior Medics personally stepped in to assist with the remainder of our project. They took the time to address our concerns and frustration, particularly related to the insurance process and a missed item we noticed upon re-review of our roof.

While we still have not had a formal final walkthrough to date, we feel that our primary concerns were acknowledged and addressed well enough to warrant an updated rating. We appreciated the effort made to try to make things right toward the end of the project.

That said, I am unsure whether we would use Exterior Medics again for future projects beyond any necessary warranty work. However, I can attest that once ownership became involved, they did make a genuine effort to correct the situation and improve our overall experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
If I could leave zero stars, I would. We've had the worst experience with Exterior Medics, from the lack of communication, multiple issues with installation, damage to our property and incapable sales reps working with our insurance company...I would say avoid this company at all costs. Having worked in this industry and knowing how everything is supposed to be installed, i would be extremely weary and/or hire another contractor to double check their work. I could write a novel about how horrible this experience has been, but I will leave it at this... spend your hard earned money with another company that values its clients and won't make you regret spending thousands of dollars.

Exterior Medics did a fantastic job assessing and correcting issues with our home's soffits and gutters. The cost estimate was provided in a timely manner and was very reasonable. The crew that did the repair and installation work was very professional and left the site in a clean condition. We would hire Exterior Medics again.

Exterior Medics worked for a year on a siding renovation project in our condo community. Before that, they did some roof work, some skylight replacements, and an assortment of other smaller projects. Moises Ventura was their job site foreman for all this work. I'm on the board of directors and a retired contractor, so I was involved at some level with Moises throughout and know enough to be able to judge the work and the talk. I found him to be knowledgeable, able to look out for his crew, his employers, and his customers at the same time--not an easy trick to pull off! He was never happy till we were happy. I wish I had someone like him on every job I ever did while I was working.

Very happy with Exterior Medics! They replaced the doors and windows in my condo and did an excellent job. The team was professional and friendly, the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Exterior Medics did a beautiful job on our new roofing, siding, and shutters, and I would highly recommend them. My neighbor behind me used them for a new roof and siding six years ago, and I remembered how impressed I was with the crew that performed that job in 2019, as I watched them work from my kitchen window. Thanks to Ben, who was very helpful and patient answering all my questions during the sales process; Rami, the project manager, who was also very helpful answering multiple questions; and Nester, the foreman, who was available throughout the day for questions as the crew performed the installation.

The project management and communication were excellent, I alwasu knew what stage the job was in, when the crew would arrive, and what to expect next. The installation team worked efficiently and treated my property with care. When the job was completed, the transformation was incredible. The quality of the siding amd craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Ricardo personally followed up to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Exterior Medics. They truly set the bar high for quality and service!

Fantastic experience working with Exterior Medics. We had the privilege of working with Ron and he was awesome! He did a really great job from the moment he arrived and throughout the entire process. He was both honest and fair and we are really appreciative of how everything worked out!

Can’t recommend Exterior Medics enough. We purchased what we thought would be a quality door from a big box store and had handy family install it. They did a fine job, but the poor quality of the door became quickly apparent. Steve Harper came by to provide an assessment. He understood that as a young couple with a young family expenses were a lot and said the door was installed well and the door would be more than suitable for a number of years. Ultimately, we knew it wasn’t what we wanted for the long term. Steve was patient, “truly” listened to our needs and wants, and gave us clear and honest advice. We knew we were in good hands. The team arrived promptly, professionally, and communicated though the whole installation. Excellent craftsmanship, cleaned before they left, and walked us through everything to make sure we were satisfied. If you want value and it done right the first time look nowhere else. Ron Rodriquez of exterior medics gave us an honest appraisal of the condition of our roof. He gave us a competitive price for both repairs and replacement and told us with the repairs we should have another two years on our roof. This was far better than two other estimators who immediately said the roof should be replaced and then provided sales pressure to buy one immediately at a much higher price than Ron’s estimate. We decided to go with the repair and get a couple more years out of our roof. Due to Ron’s honest and considerate approach, we will seriously consider using Ron and exterior medics when we are ready to buy one.

Working with Exterior Medics was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ron made the sales and contract process seamless. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and ensure all my questions were answered. Rami and the production team were professional, communicative, and efficient, making the project worry-free. I chose Exterior Medics based on the recommendation of two friends who had excellent results with their roofing and home projects, and I’m very glad I did. I highly recommend their services.

Being a homeowner is never easy, there is always something to do or fix. This just so happens to be the case for me, and why I contacted Exterior Medics. Its a face-lift to my townhouse, what a difference. Had both my front door and the storm door replaced. The framing and seal is a perfect fit. You can customize so many details I wish! But you can! (hoa) Super professional, and will definitely be back for my future projects. Thanks again!

Tom Green was so helpful and accessible in helping us make the right decision for our roofing and gutter systems as well as our door and shutter replacements. Very convenient using zoom (which we needed with our busy schedules) and he was able to go over all of our options with us without feeling overwhelmed by all the different finishes etc. We never felt pressured and their pricing was incredibly competitive especially with the value they provide as a top notch exterior remodel company!! From start to finish this was the easiest home project we have had at our home. Scheduling, estimates, project management and final payment communication was easy and pain free. We have never had such a thorough review of our project before singing off on the work. We would 100% recommend Exterior Medics for your home exterior needs!

Exterior Medics redid the very large front windows here in capitol hill DC. They do a great job and are very communicative from start to finish. The installed new casement windows and large picture windows at this home.

I'll start by saying that they got the job done and the work seems to be done well. But the overall experience was a bit of a mess.
A portion of our gutter was ripped away from the house. We had Exterior Medics come out for an estimate, and told the salesman we needed to include scaring out any animals that might have made a home in the attic while it was exposed and clearing the leaves from all the house's gutters so this wouldn't happen elsewhere. He agreed and I even wrote both those items in the contract, which they signed.
The salesman said we'd get to work 5 to 14 days from the receipt of the deposit. There was a lot of delay and back and forth with three different employees, but fine. It was over the holidays and they eventually got out there in a reasonable amount of time.
I was told it was very important to cc: everyone involved in my work (Xavier, Allysson, Riane, Ennis, and ProductionAdmin) but then Xavier texted me separately. Fine, I'll just circle it back around so we're all on the same page.
They told me they don't do animal removal, but fine, just let me know that from the start; and my tenant ran a power tool and scared out any animals.
They said they only had gas to blow out the gutters in this one area, but fine, my tenant loaned him our blower.
I got a note that my second payment was past due although I had sent them a check on the day they did the work. I told them to look around the office and apparently they found it because they deposited it (though didn't tell me). Fine, we're all settled up.
Again, they got the work done and everyone was very nice about it, but it was far more of a process to get it done than should have been necessary.
