the owner came to my house right on time to clean and fix three persian rugs. he explained the carpet cleaning process step by step, and we decided to go ahead and have him clean and repair our rugs. we told him we needed the rugs back in five days for our guests, and he said that would be no problem. true to his word, ross brought the rugs back looking spotless and fresh in exactly five days. besides carpet cleaning, they also offer floor cleaning and use advanced cleaning methods. this family-owned business really does what they promise, and their prices are fair. i will use them again for all my rugs and carpets. great work and friendly service
