I have used many cleaning services over the years and I can say that this is the best out there. My somewhat old (1959) home always seems new and fresh when they leave. They cover all the tiniest details like wee little corners. They even made a burned up teakettle shine like it was brand new. The team is friendly and extremely trustworthy. I always call them when I have company coming and want my home to really shine!

UPDATE: I heard back from MaxiMaids a few weeks after I posted my initial review. I was told that the pandemic had presented staffing hardship, which I understand. I felt badly to not be able to continue service with them, but with small children, I need consistent cleanings. I was told that I would receive a refund for the overcharging on my account (charged twice in January for one cleaning and never addressed or corrected). I never received the refund and then received a text that there were issues in refunding to my card and was told a check would be mailed to me. Still not refund. I followed up once and no response. I would love to have my $225 back.

I have used MaxiMaids for nearly 8 years (by recommendation) and they have really helped me and my growing family. Unfortunately, the quality of cleaning and responsiveness has declined in recent years. While I appreciate the challenges the pandemic has has on small businesses, I am profoundly disappointed by the difficulty I've had getting someone to answer my phone call during business hours, or call back. I've also had difficulty getting responses to email. I have not been completely happy with the level of cleaning around my home. However, my breaking point is I have been overcharged since January and received no resolution. I continued to be charged for inconsistent cleanings and have not had a crew clean my home in over a month, when I am on an every two weeks plan. This is a hardship with pandemic parenting two young children, while also working from home full time. At this point I wish I could get my money back so I can find a cleaning service that can be available and responsive to my needs. I saw another person recently had a similar complaint in their review and I just saw that they heard back from the owner, so hopefully this will result in a resolution.

We have been using Maxi Maids for over four years now. They came recommended by someone else who had been using them for many years. We get a monthly clean and will do a deep clean once a year or so. We have a gotten a few different teams but they are consistently very nice and very careful when cleaning. They are very detailed (they roll up small rugs to vacuum underneath, vacuum sofas, etc.) and always leave our house sparkly, clean and fresh! I have had some issues with getting a hold of people in the past but Alejandra resolved them and they have been responsive since then. I like their text/email system which sends us a text and email notification letting us know we are scheduled for our monthly clean a week in advanced and gives us the opportunity to accept or reschedule. The only thing I wish they would be able to improve is to give more notice on the time window for scheduled cleaning. We get an email at 5pm with our two hour time window for the next day. Overall I would definitely recommend them for any cleaning needs; their quality of service and price is hard to match.

if you need your carpets cleaned, definitely give these guys a call—they really know their stuff! i came home to a house full of teenagers, and the carpets were absolutely filthy. i honestly thought the carpet was beyond saving. herbert showed up quickly after i reached out and got right to work. when he finished, i was amazed at how spotless everything looked—it was like getting brand new carpet! he even got rid of all the party odors. the price was fair too, which made my kids happy since they're the ones covering the bill!

Matthew was polite, friendly, and very professional. My wife and I wanted to get our home fresh and ready for guests, so we booked a carpet cleaning and kitchen tile and grout cleaning service. We found him online, and the whole house looks amazing now. He did a great job on the carpets, and he also took extra time on the kitchen tile to make sure the grout looked bright and clean again. The floors feel refreshed, and the results were well worth it. I highly recommend Matthew for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Great service, fair pricing, and very good attention to detail.

I have a beautiful older oriental rug, and after my elderly dog had many accidents on it, I really needed professional carpet and rug cleaning. Brendan carefully moved the furniture, rolled up the rug, and took it for cleaning. It was obvious a lot of care went into the rug cleaning process, stain treatment, and odor removal. When Brendan and Matthew brought it back, they handled everything with great attention to detail and rolled it out perfectly. My living room feels fresh and restored again. I truly appreciate the careful service, professionalism, and extra help. Matthew even noticed my front door knob and lock were loose and kindly tightened them for me. That level of care really made this carpet cleaning service stand out.

S.M. Carpet Cleaning came out to clean my carpets, large sectional, and an area rug, and the whole service was an excellent value. Matthew was polite, professional, on time, and very thorough from start to finish. He took the time to deep clean the sectional from top to bottom, and it was well worth it. My carpets looked fresh and smelled great afterward, and the citrus cleaner did a great job lifting dirt, everyday buildup, and pet stains. I also added an area rug at the last minute, and he handled the extra work with no problem. The whole visit felt careful and detailed, and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely keep using this service and recommending it to others.

The upholstery and carpet cleaning service was excellent. i have white furniture and the technician, ross, was very careful and thorough. he treated the sofas and nearby carpeted areas with real care, like he was cleaning his own home. When he finished, my sofas and dining chairs looked fantastic, fresh, and bright again. ross was able to remove old ink marks and soot that had been stuck in the fabric for a long time. I had another cleaning team work on the same pieces before, but this service was clearly better in attention to detail, stain treatment, and overall fabric care. The color and vibrancy of the upholstery were brought back, and the whole room felt cleaner. I also appreciated that the appointment process was smooth and professional. he arrived right on time, explained the upholstery cleaning steps clearly, and made sure everything dried evenly and looked great before leaving. If you care about punctual service, careful stain removal, and quality carpet and upholstery cleaning, you will be very happy with the results.
