I had 3 new heating and air conditioning units installed at my daughters house. After a few service calls and a couple of adjustments everything seems to be running and working as it should be. I personally have used this company for the last 19 years and recommend them very highly. The owner of the company is a great guy and if you are having problems with your Heating and Air Conditioning he will make it his business to make sure that you are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The owner is a very nice and a down to earth person - you can't go wrong using EverCool Heating and Cooling, Inc.

I have been with Evercool since they began, and am always pleased with their services. I recommend the annual Service Agreement highly. It is really an excelled deal. It looks like a lot up front, but the truth is, when you call someone to service your unit they will charge almost that just to come out one time. Evercool gives you 2 visits for that, and you are on their call priority list so if you have a problem they come right out and it is no charge except for the parts. also, people don't think about it, but you should have your us=nit serviced 2 X a year so it will last longer. I totally endorse them.

Good price. Installation guys were ontime and courteous. This was for the unit in our addition. The job was very difficult since the system was I the attic and wedged in between rafters. They did a great job. They had installed our primary unit about 8 years ago and that went well also

EverCool's service was exceptional as usual. They were very prompt in coming out to what we thought was a repair but turned out to be a new installation (old heat pump was damaged and 17 years old). Marcus was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

This company has always provided excellent service that I can rely on and trust. They are alway at your house to fix what you have, not there to lie about your needing one or more new units - like a water heater or HVAC System. The young man that came to fix my heater was very thorough and competent in finding out why one of my 2 heaters was not working. Once he found a problem with its burners, he quietly went to work on it. Any time we had questions, he gave thoughtful answers and examples.

Responded quickly and professionally when we reached out in an emergency after hours. Was able to come the very next morning to fix our furnace. Gave us a great price, to boot. Would recommend them to anyone!

We had to replace our outside heatpump unit. Jeff came for the estimate, It was a fair price and Insulation day there was quite the crew here. There were very efficient professional Technicians. We had an issue after the heat wave , not relating to the unit they installed but they came out promptly again. We could not be happier and would recommend them to everyone.

Jeff is one of the owners of this small family business. I believe he genuinely wants every customer to be 100 percent satisfied with their work. The company installed the indoor unit for our HVAC system, and he made sure the job was done right. He really cares about the reputation of his company.

He also genuinely cares for the well being of his customers. He identified a recalled fuse panel in my home that is a fire hazard and recommended an electrician to do a replacement. He did this when he was making a service call for the HVAC (which was not the problem - the fuse box was the problem), and he didn’t charge us for the service call. These are good people!

We've been using EverCool for a couple years now and highly recommend them. Very quick to respond to requests with questions and/or needing service. Jared is the tech that generally comes here and he is absolutely wonderful. Always very pleasant and very thorough. Great company and great people.

I will start by saying I had used this company in the past (including installing the system I was having problems with and contacted them about on April 14, 2023) and never had an issue with them. This time, however, was a whole different story. AC wasn’t working and called shop first thing the morning of April 14. Mark advised that even though they were busy, he would get someone out that day. Perfect, right? Nope! Jeff arrived about 11:20 and was gone about 30 minutes later. Not only did he not contact me about what the problem was, but he also added coolant without authorization from me. My adult daughter was at my home and he never told her anything about what he was doing. Only that he added coolant — after it was done. He did not volunteer that there was possibly a leak. I had to have my daughter ask him if there was. His response — there was probably a slow leak but he couldn’t fix it that day because he had too many calls. No offer to come back — just a bill for $445 which didn’t even indicate how much coolant was as added. I called the shop to find out what was going on and Mark was rude and condescending. I asked for a return call and as of this writing — still crickets. I contacted another company that same day and told them the issues I was having. They were here Monday, April 17, and determined that the inside coil was leaking — major part — and any coolant that had been added just 72 hours earlier was kaput. Kaput to the point where I couldn’t turn my system on. My system is just under 5 years old so luckily under warranty. Evercool didn’t even bother to determine the if there was a leak — only added coolant which was pointless. There were also 2 error messages on the inside unit which weren’t diagnosed. Turns out — panel board kaput. I appreciate the fact that folks are busy but, if you’re so busy that can’t do a job right the first time and with integrity, then you should just say you can’t get there that day. Will never use Evercool again.

I can't say enough good things about Evercool. Since my wife and I bought our house (aka, the money pit) 12 years ago as a foreclosure, Jeff (the owner) and his crew have always provided exemplary professional and customer service to us, regardless of circumstances, for a reasonable price. With that said, I highly recommend them for home heating and cooling repair and installation work.

Have used EverCool for many years. They maintained my old furnace and AC, installed a new system several years ago, and have given that system annual checkups ever since. They are very professional, honest and dependable. Their technicians always show up on time, are a delight to know, provide good advice, are highly experienced, and always leave the areas where they have worked cleaner than when they started..I don't write recommendations , but these guys are the best, both professional and trustworthy.

I am very pleased with EverCool! Polite, honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The repair on my aging AC system was minor, but when I'm ready to replace the whole system, this is the company I will call.

My AC died during a very hot week in August. Evercool sent a tech when I needed to schedule and he was great. He explained what he was doing, checked out the whole system, and repaired the outside unit. He was professional and efficient. Their price was also reasonable, especially given we were in the midst of a heat wave.

I'm never disappointed with EverCool -- their techs are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The communication is great - I always know who is coming and when. If work is needed, the prices are fair and the timelines are accurate. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We are very pleased with our decision to purchase a new HVAC system from EverCool. They were thorough and fast. I appreciate how they made sure my floors were protected and cleaned up. The new wifi thermostat is awesome and the unit is already heating the house up really well! They took out the old system that was installed in a really inconvenient way and made it so we can finally get a door to cover that closet. They also had to take out our sliding door to get the old unit from outside and put it all back together perfectly. The price was almost $3,000 less than I received from a competitor and they were fantastic with explaining things to me in a straightforward (no pushy sales tactics) and helpful manner from the estimate through to installation only a week later.

Have used EverCool for 8 years on two homes in the area. Just started back with them after our new construction went out of warranty. Always a pleasure to be working with the technicians and the owner. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to them taking care of our HVAC again.

I called first thing in the morning on a very hot day that I had no AC. EverCool sent someone out immediately who was able to get us some cold air while they ordered a whole new unit for us. The unit came in a few days and the install process went smoothly. I was surprised at how quietly the team worked and how quickly they were done. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.
