We have just bought our first home here in the USA and had an issue with our basement flooding quite badly.
Jared has been one of the best workman I have had in my 3 years in the USA. I expect a high standard and he was very efficient and explained everything to me so that I could understand easily.

Jeff arrived within 2 hours of our call for help. He quickly identified the problem and asked that I be present as he ran the tests. He explained the problem and options for repair. He had our system up and running again within 2 hours. That included time for him to go out and obtain the part. This was our first time using EverCool, and we are very satisfied and happy with their professional service.

I love these guys. They were a good value for my old furnace and a great deal when we replaced our AC and furnace together. They just fixed several problems on the furnace a subcontractor Installed during our renovation. They really do quality work and explain what they do. Highly recommend.

We just replaced our condenser on Thursday through EverCool, and they were amazing!

Our a/c was on the fritz, going out any time it was over 90⁰ outside, but working in the evening/overnight/early morning. Evercool came out a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed the problem gave us a quote to replace the condenser motor and to replace the whole condenser.

We decided to get a second opinion, just to be sure on our decision, through a vendor at a home repair store, and it was over 2x the cost EverCool quoted us. Evercool was the obvious choice.

We brought our newborn home from the NICU on Tuesday and the a/c went out during the day. Obviously not great for a NICU baby to come home to that. We called EverCool and asked (politely, of course) if there was any way they could put us for install ASAP because of our child, and they came out the next day to install. We are so, so grateful to them for taking care of us like that.

It is always a great experience with EverCool each time they come to my home to complete the winter or summer maintenance on my HVAC. I did quite a bit of research before I contracted with them for my yearly maintenance. They were by far the best price for what they offered for the service. This is the 3rd year I have had EverCool and I am so happy I went with them for HVAC. Their techs are always so professional and NICE!! I love that they send an email to remind you to schedule the service each spring and fall. The guy in the office is super friendly when I schedule the appointment. They then send texts when the tech is on their way and immediate follow up with what was performed in an email. It is so seamless. Just an overall great company!

I have been using Evercool for many years and I have to say if I compare them against other businesses what they do is they respond quickly, they are professional ,they know what they’re doing and they fix the problems , they are prompt and they are fair pricing. What a novel idea to run a business like this. I will say they are the best of the best and what I love Jeff the owner has instilled in all his people the same work ethics . I have had a contract with them for my AC and heater for years . they have installed my new AC and heater they have installed my water heater all done perfectly. I can’t ask for more. he just rescued me when my water heater went out on a Sunday came out to drain and on Monday morning they were there with my new water heater. you can’t go wrong with these guys.

EverCool has always provided me with the best repair services. I can trust them (which says a lot!) They have always come through quickly and professionally. Their customer service and front office is also wonderful to deal with. A great company from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

Jeff was phenomenal, very super smart & friendly! Some AC companies pitch “Replacement” (AC Unit, Air Handler or both) vs “Repair” (what simply needs to be fixed), Not this company! Jeff immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand & repaired in an hour! Cost was in the hundreds (vs other competitors for thousands). This is my go to guy (&company). I’ve passed there info to all my friends & family! Don’t be fooled by others, go to JEFF & EVER-COOL!!! 👍🏼

I would never use these guys ever again. I was convinced by the 4.9 star rating but I dont know if I would ever trust this google review again.
First of all the owner is very rude. He behaved like he was doing me a favor with his service. And then his service, the technician obviously didnt know what was going on with our HVAC and just did something and “hope it will work”. The system actually got worse and the next day they came over to “fix” something real quick, guess what, all they do is to shut down the aux heating, which continue to make the issue worse. And they charge me almost $300 for their time even though they didnt have a clue what they were doing and just took a shoot in the dark. I didnt bother calling them again since Id rather cut my loss.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Evercool team this week. From scheduling, ordering of parts, to installation and final inspection of the work, everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. I received a very fair price quote for the work performed and there were no surprise charges beyond my initial estimate. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily and Bailey, the installer, made sure to thoroughly go over the work that was done and also have me inspect it before he departed.
I highly recommend Evercool to anyone requiring installation or repair of their heating & cooling systems to reach out to this highly experienced and professional company first.

Do not use this company!!! They have been a nightmare to deal with!! Most of the workers are not friendly and rude!! They were supposed to install a new furnace. They have been to my house five different days in a span of two weeks and still can't get the system running. I overheard the technician talking to his office, and he advised that he didn't have the training on the system. After bringing in a new technician, they were still unable to get it running and advised that the problem was with thermostat wiring. So we had an electrician come out and install a new wire. Now the new unit will not come on. It is 32 degrees outside. I contacted Evercool, who refused to send someone out to assess the problem and finish the installation. They advised it would be a week before a technician could be sent. This is unsatisfactory!! Cheaper is not better!! We have been dealing with this for two weeks.

Extremely disappointed with Evercool after being a loyal customer for over six years. Marc, the Operations Manager, misdiagnosed my HVAC issue over the phone without even inspecting the system. He told me the part wouldn’t arrive for days and showed no empathy when I explained that my family, including two small children, would be without AC during summer heat. He was dismissive and even challenged me to call other companies—so I did. Another company came within hours and correctly diagnosed the real issue: a simple broken capacitor, not the part Evercool wanted to replace. Thankfully, my system was cooling again the same day. I appreciated Erica’s help in trying to track down Marc and the status of my order, but overall, Evercool has lost a loyal customer who used to recommend them to friends and family.

I've been using EverCool for the past 5 years, and always been happy with their service. Their techs are knowledgeable, and honest, and their prices are very competitive. Just had them do a complete HVAC replacement - got several estimates and theirs was far lower. They came in and took care of everything in one day. Highly recommend.

We've had an issue with our air conditioning since last week. We called for help last night, and a technician came this morning. After checking the system for about 20 minutes, he identified the issue quickly and accurately. He found the problem with the fuse and replaced it; that was the only charge he made. Unlike what we experienced with a big-name HVAC company around here, there was no overcharging. Actually, it was the company my colleague recommended, and I am happy to recommend it to others. I really appreciate that they came quickly and fixed the issue right away for a reasonable charge.

They were amazing. I’m a believer now and finished with my “usual” previous big company. The quote with the other guy was 3x EverCool’s and quite ridiculous. I said thanks but no thanks, and called EverCool as a potential first time customer. They were very responsive, very professional, and best was that it was actually affordable and done the next day! Our tech was Bailey and highly recommend you all switch over to these guys over that other one.

New Furnace installation. 1st issue, The furnace filter door, made of sheet metal, drags on the floor and bends when trying to close it. The tech told me to shove it with my foot or get on my hands and knees to close it. I'm old, have arthritis and we don't wear shoes in our house. I'm not kicking it with a bare foot. The filter doesn't sit right in the furnace, can't get it out without needle nose pliers per suggestion from the tech. The tech did not want me around during the installation. Drain/condensation line was leaking water after installation. The tech said "Oh, we didn't touch that. LOL. They chipped a door on the way in bringing in a new furnace in the summer. I keep my house in a like new condition. I called right away and got the answer from Mark, "It was like that before we came". It wasn't. They did not want to test the gas function, had to ask them to test the Heat. The 1st furnace broke because there was no water sensor. Jeff, the owner said the new furnace would have one. The techs said no, but installed one as a favor to me......They really did not address issues correctly. Say, I'll send someone out to fix the issue, I can't fix it now... but don't treat your customers like idiots. Marcus would let me near the unit to remove all the rust, dirt and corrosion on the floor. They installed the new furnace over a dirt, rust crumbled concrete floor.

While remodeling our laundry room in Springfield, we discovered that our dryer vent had come apart and birds had been living inside it for a long time! Clinton was confident he could restore the vent to working order. He removed a huge amount of bird nests, lint, and debris, and now the airflow is perfect! Our dryer has never worked this well before. I highly recommend High Tech Air Duct Service to anyone who needs a skilled professional with the right tools to make their home’s vent systems safe and efficient again. Clinton was able to schedule us on a weekend, worked quickly, and was super friendly. We even shared a few laughs during the process.
