Jeff came to the house within an hour of calling for service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had our system up and running efficiently in under 5 minutes of arrival. Great human, great service, indicative of a well run company.

Great service. Service rep was on-time, courteous, professional; answered all of my questions. Evercool installed a new heating and cooling system for my 4 floor-townhome last year; their bid was very fair; much less than many of the larger companies. Installation was flawless as was follow-up for a few minor adjustments. The staff is first-rate; immediate response and follow-through. Many thanks to the dedicated "hands' on" owner and staff.

Jared, the service technician, is fantastic. However, I do have a serious complaint about Evercool’s responsiveness. We had no heat starting at about 8:15 PM last night. The house was freezing. I had to call Evercool 3 separate times and each time the answering service told me that they were going to page the person who was on call. That individual never returned the phone calls. As a result, when a different technician arrived the next morning, he did not have the correct parts. That would not have happened if the technician who had been on call last night (and this morning) had simply called me back to find out what was wrong. We would have been willing to troubleshoot over the phone. But since he never called me back, the house was freezing overnight and for most of this morning.
